Terrible shipping times

Terrible shipping times. Also one of my filaments arrived soaked and not sealed. Still dealing with the almost non existent customer service two weeks later.

Price are good, but shipping very slow

I ordered 5 kg of PLA+ and a 3D pen, instantly paid via Paypal. But 2 weeks later, no shipping informations was received. The online chat is empty, nobody answer, and by email is the same, nobody answer.
I have too contact them on their Facebook page, where some admin are really good ! One of them look at my order, and 1 hour later, all was shipped. 3 Days Later, i received all product, with no problem.

So, price are good, but shipping delay is bad (should be 48h, and nothing 2 Week later). Support contact via chat or email is bad too, no answer. But support via facebook page is really fast and good (thx to farah Li)

Previous order was fast, and this is the first time i have those problem, so, i put 3 stars.

Very slow shipping

Very slow shipping. After 10 days of payment, the order was still unprocessed. I left a review on the site that was deleted. It seems to leave only the reviews that have 4, 5 stars.

Sunlu are scam artist

Sunlu are scam artist. They sold us bad filament dryers and we have tried contacting them over 50 times with not one response. Don't buy their junk it isn't worth the headaches.

I thought I would get 2 rolls a 1kg

I thought I would get 2 rolls a 1kg, but I only got one.The title was "2 rolls minimum", so in hindsight it might be correct, but why was it even possible to buy only one then?

The product was PLA+ and I got the worst temperature-tower. The bridges were extremly bad from 220 to 200 degrees celsius, even though the manufacturer writes that 210 would be the minimum temperature. I am printing at 190 now. Normal PLAs from other manufacturers have almost perfect bridges on the complete temperature-range.

Printing it relatively cold could mean, that it will be unstable in certain, warm conditions later. I wonder why it is called PLA"+", how is it better than standard PLA? I cannot measure the strength unfortunately, maybe that would be it.

The shop desciptions are very bad, lots of people are confused about the prices / number of rolls. The technical data of the filament is different on the website and on the roll itself.

good prices, slow CS

good prices, but very slow respond to order issues. there is a chat, that says..they are available. do not believe it. it took me numberous times to finally get a hold of someone fix the order issue

Total lack of effort on their part to fulfil my order

I ordered three spools of Sunlu filament. Shipping from the UK warehouse that had the stock as was stated online
After more than a week and no delivery or tracking no as promised. I emailed customer support for an update.
No reply!
Emailed again, No reply!
Emailed again telling them I was going to request a charge back from my bank

Reply was "i think it's delayed cuz the holiday and something wrong system running on our warehouse"
Told them OK and gave them a week to reply.

Emailed again and the said a tracking number would be issued within 24hrs.
Tracking number was received two days later.

Yahayyy!

Not so.
Order arrived over a month ofter ordering and it contained nothing that I had ordered
No Sunlu products at all, really disappointed I wanted to review their filament.
Let down by their service. I can only advise to avoid at all cost.

I highly recommend.

I bought these filaments again because they've proven to be good the first time. Again, they're proving to be good, and again, the delivery time was quite short (one week tops).
And of course, when I run out of the filaments, I will buy the same filaments again. :)

An awful company to order from

I'd say avoid ordering from them at all costs, it's not worth the hassle.

I ordered a couple of spools of apparently in stock filament. Estimated shipping 2/3 days from the point of order and i waited.

After more than a week and no change in my unfulfilled order status i reached out to the sales support email address for an update. I was told they only had one of the spools in stock and that is why the order hadn't shipped. I could have a second spool of the same item / colour to replace the OOS spool instead.

After a few back and forth emails of me asking if there were any alternative colours (none available) i settled on two identical spools and waited. 24hrs later i was told they have no stock of those either.

I asked about possible alternatives and why the same spools i ordered are still showing in stock online and available to order. All they could say is "would you like a refund".

With no alternative filament and no eta on re-stocking what i had ordered all i could do was accept a refund. In all fairness the refund was processed quickly but the hassle, lack of updates, dubious stock availability online etc. just don't make the prices worth the effort.

Didn't/ wouldn't ship what I ordered

I ordered a pack of 10 black PLA refills with a master spool. I seem to have received 10 normal spools of filament. Then, I ordered a variety of colors and didn't hear anything for over a week - until after I'd already received the first order. I contacted you and was told that I would have to swap one of the colors for black. Since I'd just purchased 10 spools of black, I did not want to pay for another. Instead of offering other options, you became rude and cancelled my order.

You should have contacted me immediately when you knew you couldn't ship my order as placed and you should have offered other options besides swapping a spool for black.

11/17/2021 Unfulfilled Order

Placed an order on 11/17/2021 on Sunlu.com. Order was confirmed, credit card charged, and no communication from company since then. At the moment the order is showing a status of unfulfilled. Figuring they have had plenty of time to ship, I started trying to contact them 12/6 via chats (several hours waiting for a response to the "we will contact you in a couple of minutes" replies) and via multiple emails. Absolutely no response to date.
