Perfume is great customer service is horrible.
The perfume was great solid 8/10 it was the sales person there she was impolite. I was with my friend she fully disregarded him and didn’t even ask if he wanted to buy anything she gave me a few samples on the paper and didn’t even acknowledge my friend he was probably going to buy as well. When paying the way she was speaking was rude and wasn’t really listening to what I had to say I was giving my email she kept making mistakes and then she spoke more aggressively towards me and the way she was speaking it was not friendly and you can tell she was being passively aggressive. I have been to sunnamusk numerous of times but that one time has ruined my experience. I have been going there for over 6 years I have been in their Whitechapel location and Birmingham and they where always so nice but the one in Stratford was just rude and unprofessional has deterred me from ever going to that branch again. This happened about a week ago. The night illusion perfume solid 8/10 customer service wouldn’t even give it a 2.

The perfume oils are delightful!!! I was helped by Fareeha who was so patient, thorough and nice. She knew the scents well to present me with the perfect profiles for what I was seeking. She also was so patient with my indecisiveness. I ended up buying way more than anticipated and I don’t regret it. I’m from the States and gifted the scents to my loved ones when I returned home.

My final Golden Dust purchase after 10 years
So sad but purchased Golden Dust Oil for the last time after using it for about 10years. It lasts basically no time on the skin now, even when I've applied it very generously.
Always great service in the Whitechapel store but I couldn't in my right mind buy it again. I am not sure what to do with the rest, it's just annoying knowing the quality isn't great anymore
