What an exceptional group this team is!

This team is outstanding!

We couldn’t be happier with Sunny Days Dorchester Nursery. Our two children started attending in June, and after trying multiple childcare providers over the years, we can confidently say that Sunny Days is truly exceptional. It has exceeded all our expectations in every way.

Right from the start, the staff have been absolutely amazing. They are warm, welcoming, and so professional. It’s clear how much they genuinely care about each child, taking the time to really get to know their individual personalities and needs. Both of our little ones settled in really well.

The range of activities they offer is fantastic. Each day is full of engaging, creative, and stimulating experiences — from messy play, arts and crafts, and sensory exploration to outdoor adventures. The children are learning so much while having the best time. We’ve already seen such wonderful growth in their confidence, independence, and social skills.

One of the things that really makes Sunny Days stand out is the wonderful facilities they have. They even have a soft play area, which is such a bonus and something not every nursery can offer. It gives the children extra opportunities for fun, safe physical play indoors. The garden is also absolutely beautiful, spacious and well thought out, providing plenty of fresh air and outdoor activities that the kids love.

The food is brilliant too — healthy, varied, and tasty. We love knowing they’re getting nutritious meals while they’re there.

Another thing we truly appreciate is how well the team keeps us updated. We receive regular updates and lovely photos, which really help us feel connected to their day. The communication is excellent, and we always feel listened to and informed.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Sunny Days Dorchester Nursery highly enough. It’s everything we hoped to find in a childcare setting and so much more. Thank you to all the incredible staff for your dedication, care, and for creating such a special, nurturing place for our children to grow and thrive.

I would recommend sunnydays to all my friends & family with children. they are lovely & welcoming, They are also very helpful in difficult situations & understanding.

My little boy has been at Sunny Days for almost a year now and started when he was 10 months old. He has thrived there and absolutely loves going in to nursery. The staff are all absolutely lovely and I can see he has built a nice bond with them and is happy to see them. He has learned so much whilst there and I appreciate their in depth updates at the end of each session and the updates throughout the day via the app. The management are communicative and really helpful. I simply cannot understand the ofsted reviews and wouldn't hesitate recommending this wonderful nursery to anyone.

We have two children in Sunny Days. Our son is almost 4 and started there when he was 11 months, so he has been through every class. We also have a daughter who is 17 months in Babies now. We have been very impressed by the care in Sunny Days for both of them. Our son has made great friendships throughout his time. He loves going in every day and he is always full of excitement about what he has done. Staff have been very caring with him and we feel that he has come in leaps and bounds and he is ready for school. We feel that the preschool team at the moment is very strong and experienced and we trust them to take good care and offer him new ways to progress.
Our daughter has absolutely loved her time at sunny days so far. She walks straight in with a smile on her face every day and she remains happy even during long days. She has picked up so much at nursery, like songs and signs and different games and we feel that the staff really know her and care for her.
We love how accommodating they've all been about things like baby led weaning and cloth nappies and potty training and how they always have time to discuss the day or any concerns we may have. We feel that our children have come on in leaps and bounds and that they are safe and happy.

Our daughter attends Sunny Days Dorchester in the Babies room. She has a wonderful time, she loves seeing the staff and will not only wave but blow them kisses and give cuddles. She always looks so happy when we have pictures of her and when we collect her. They monitor food, drink, naps and nappies. I am so pleased we found this nursery for her.

My family and I are so happy with Sunny Days, especially with Margret Crisp. She organised a time away for my family and I which was really needed as my daughter currently has Leukaemia. Thank you once again xxx

Two of my children have attended Sunny days Parkstone and I can only say how lucky I was to find this amazing place for my children when my family moved to Poole. The Parkstone team are truly a wonderful, professional and caring. All the staff listen and promptly address any questions or concerns. They give great feed back on your child’s progress, behaviour and daily activities. They manage to incorporate all the children’s individual needs and interests while helping them get used to a bigger group setting. I feel they have helped give my children the confidence and skills they need to move on to primary school. Myself and my children will deeply miss all the staff at Sunny Days Parkstone. Thank you.

Staff are very friendly, know details about your children that show they care. All are polite and enthusiastic about their jobs. Comes across as the children love them too.

Babies and toddlers are great!
Pre school requires attention in regards to staff retention, to prevent use of agency staffing which reflects on the consistency of school ready curriculum being delivered.

The nursery have met my sons additional needs and helped with his speech. He is not as shy as he was when he started and it makes me feel proud and happy of his progress.

Sunnydays has been a nurturing and educational environment for my child since he was 10 months. Their communication has always been excellent, as is their support and kindness. We will be sad to say goodbye!

The Honiton Sunny Days team are very kind to the children and committed to supporting their learning and development. They have been very vigilant on any potential delays and where identified have worked closely with us as the family to support. Their turnover of staff is low which shows a happy team.

My daughter has attended Sunny Days since 9 months old. She has received the best care and been able to learn so much through a range of experiences. She has learnt how to deal with her emotions and socialise with both children and adults. Making decisions and problem solving has enabled my daughter become the confident young lady she is today.The Nursery is lead by a great Management team and key workers are assigned taking into account the child’s needs. She will miss her carers deeply and I can’t thank them enough. Thank you Sunny Days you are all Super Stars.
