Recently purchased the Warco D320 Geared Lathe and the WM16B Milling Machine, the main reason for the upgrade purchase was my first purchase was back in the 90s with a Combination Mill/Lathe which gave good service, being so far away and can't just pop into there showroom to have a look at machines in the flesh you take the chance however I needn't worry as the machines arrived and were unpacked I was pleasantly surprised at the quality was outstanding, the Chinese have certainly upped their game in the last 30years, these machines presentation is as good as any, high spec with DRO, if anyone is thinking of taking the plunge just do it you won't be disappointed

I purchased a used mill from warco, mill arrived and was way better than pictures showed. Came with a great selection of tooling and accessories. Extremely pleased and I have just ordered the stand for it. Big shout to Rob Winder for the call and help with the purchase great ambassador for your company. On a final note the mill arrived bolted to a pallet and well wrapped, great service. Thank you.

I purchased a machine from the "Used" section of the Warco website. I noticed that a spanner that should have been included was missing. I spoke to Rob who was really helpful and in a week the item had been posted to me. Everyone I have spoken to at Warco has been friendly and helpful.

I was looking for a spare part for an older Warco Lathe. I contacted Warco by email and was given a price and lead time immediately by Peter in the spares dept. The lead time was long as the part needed to come from the far east. After accepting this and asking fro a Pro-Forma invoice, I promptly received another message from Peter stating that they had found a used part in their stock and this was offered to me at a fair price. This so far was good service as it would avoid a wait of several weeks. After accepting the quote for the used part and making payment, the item was immediately packed and consigned to a courier, arriving promptly the very next day. I could not be more satisfied with the attitude and speed of service from this company. I am very contented customer.

I have been making do with an old Korean bench mounted milling machine since I retired in 2008. I have just taken delivery of a brand new Super Major Vario which I am over the moon with.
The purchase experience was great with the company putting up with my doubts and providing good advice without pressure. I was asked when I would like the machine delivered and it was delivered on a tail lift lorry and placed next to my small workshop by a very helpful driver using an electric pallet truck. Getting the machine into position was 'challenging' but with a borrowed vehicle engine hoist and 3 strong friends it is now there.
The machine is fabulous and runs quietly without vibration. All of a sudden I have power feed in every direction with DRO providing measurements in either metric or imperial.
I should have upgraded years ago!

i know how to use a lathe but have no clue about the widgets that fix to it. i got on the website and ordered a new chuck. then realised chuck might be wrong, made a phone call and spoke to Bev then Rob. both gave fantastic service and advice and pointed me in the right direction for a new spinning gripping thing (chuck). after the phone call i know warco will be our one stop shop for future lathe (and other purchases) needs.

in April 2024, based on Warco's long-standing reputation and positive reviews we purchased a 40 BSF Pillar Drill..
Unfortunately, the product has not met expectations. In March 2025, the chuck guard microswitch failed. More seriously, in June 2025, the drill ceased to switch from high to low gear and the tapping function stopped working entirely. These faults occurred just 14 months after purchase, which is disappointing for a machine of this calibre and price point.
Despite the relatively short time since purchase, Warco declined to offer any goodwill gesture and stated that all repairs would be at our expense. I could either arrange to have it returned to Warco or contact their service partner WSM Group to fix onsite. WSM proved even less helpful. They informed me that only one engineer was qualified to carry out the necessary repairs, and that he was unavailable for the next six months!

All good at Warco, Good prices and excellent service. I feel that they really appreciate my custom.John V.

I recently bought a WM210 Lathe with a 3210 DRO after a trip to WARCO's showroom in Surrey. They guided me to a WM210 which I've discovered exactly suits my needs and I could not be happier. The whole process from initial enquiry to delivery and later after sale care (answering my dumb questions!) has been quite excellent. The lathe hasn't had very much use yet but it and the accessories I bought work exactly as expected, it's flawless.

The short story...I cannot recommend them enough! Great communication very patient while making a choice of machine and the quotation process, always quick despatch and I was very surprised by the quality that arrived.

The long story...I used to be a tool room machinist so had unrealistic expectations when buying my first mini lathe and mill (neither from warco) but to say they were unusable is an understatement! But after years of deliberating I finally bought a Warco mill and I am blown away. I dont know if they have superior quality machines or they fettle them before sending them out but the WM18B I now have meets those unrealistic expectations.

I love the way they contacted me to see what days work for me to deliver instead of having to try and fit my life around delivery. And to top it off another customer had a small issue with the same machine but Warco contacted me to check my machine so they could rectify the problem....before it was a problem, now that is customer service! And FYI I didn't have that issue or any others.

Warco is a great company to deal with, and I will highly recommend them

From first phone call to delivery Warco were amazing, they really supported us throughout the whole process. We ordered around £70,000 worth of machinery without seeing the products (only on-line) so were a tad apprehensive. When the order was delivered we were genuinely blown away with the quality of every machine some beating our existing machines 4x the cost. I honestly do not think for the price point you could buy better and we buy lots of machines! Just a refreshing change of old school quality, fantastic customer service with a fair and honest pricing structure. We will 100% use again, thank you.

I bought an import Asian lathe through Warco a couple of years ago. Couldn't be happier with my benchtop WM180. Carefully checked before delivery and right on spec. It worked like a charm straight of of the crate and has performed faultlessly ever since. Anyone thinking of going down the import route will do well to go through Warco. They seem to have a strong team pursuing high quality from the manufacturer and you soon learn to trust things are quality checked from source to delivery. After sales advice is only a phone call away plus you get a real person on the phone !

Since then I've been back regularly for additional tooling and accessories and the service has been extremely prompt.
Warco take great care with my small orders and the sales team have kept me up to date when requested items needed to be put on back order.
The firm supply industry and large institutions like schools but I have never found them too busy to give a personal answer and when on occasion they've found it necessary to call me back - - They Always Do.
That is unusual these days. Perhaps that is why they have such a good reputation.

After receiving my delivery and unpacking it, I discovered a damaged part.
I emailed them that evening, asking for a replacement, and they obliged, no questions asked, and couldn't be more apologetic!
Brilliant customer service had the replacement with me the next working day.
I'm very very happy, and absolutely 100% recommend them!

I Just purchased a quick change tool post for my new lathe from Warco. It didn't fit, so I phoned them straight away. The very next day a new one arrived and the faulty one was picked up at the same time. The new one had obviously been checked for faults. Excellent service.

Ordered parts for my milling machine on Monday.

They were delivered on Tuesday (the next day) just after 12:30.

Totally amazing!

Treated myself to a new lathe on retirement last year (GH600) which is a great tool. Decided I really needed a milling machine for Christmas so ordered a WM14 starter package as I haven't used a mill since school in 1978
The mill arrived as arranged and was perfect out of the box. Spent a day cleaning and cuddling it, checked the accuracy of the machine bearings and bed dimensions, absolutely spot on. Very happy man, never been let down by Warco.

I bought my lathe from Warco in 2013. I had a problem with one of the motor drives and contacted them. A new drive was sent out immediately. After all these years I wanted a new user manual and even though my model is no longer available I asked the question. The next day a full colour pdf dropped into my inbox. I was advised all those years ago to choose Warco because of their aftercare and all I can say is, as far as I am concerned they have been excellent!

We are a comprehensive school in Wales and have used Warco products over the past 2-3 years, varying from lathes, bandsaws, metal bending tools etc. I cannot recommend them enough. You get quality products at very reasonable prices and currently they are my go-to supplier whenever we need anything for our Technology department. Thank you!
