I purchased a Holiday centerpiece that was to have been delivered on December 23rd for a dinner party that was held on December 24th-It wasn't delivered until December 26th and it was not any where close to the Centerpiece with a candle I had ordered! It was a floral bouquet in a clear glass vase and the flowers didn't even last the day. I had multiple conversations with the company, sharing my disappointment, even had to send pictures for proof. At first they only offered me 10% off which was unacceptable to me. after numerous conversations and days of back and forth, the company stopped responding to me. Will NEVER do business with this company again and will never recommend them to anybody.

Paid to have flowers hand-delivered from a local florist. They sent a box and left it in the garage. The flowers were for family who were returning home from an accident and the ICU. No hand delivery, not local - came from states away. I contacted their help chat when i got a fedex tracking number...they said they would cancel the order and give me a refund and let me know, they did not contact me, waited 4 hours until they were delivered then offered me a 5$ credit. I said no. They said I needed to provide a photo of the flowers for a 15% refund. An absurd ask for elderly recently hospitalized family who live on the otheraide of the country.

I ordered flowers and more than a month later they aren't here
I ordered flowers for a friend who just lost her father. I went online and ordered for the next day delivery. I was hoping for a pleasant surprise. As the day went on I reached out to her and asked if she had a delivery and she had not. As the end of her workday came close I was checking the website for a delivery notice as all day it showed not delivered. Just before 5:00pm the notice changed to delivered so I reached out to her and asked if she received the flowers. She did not.
That evening I went back to the website and followed the instructions for no delivery and it said to expect an email with 48 hours. That email didn't come. I went back two more times, each time outside of the 48 hour timeline just to give them a extra day to reply and nothing.
I then went online and used the link to get a call back. I did receive a call back and the agent was nice but not helpful at all. She basically said the flowers were going to be sent out again but I was not confident. She also said she would call or send an email with confirmation of the delivery and I'm still waiting and that was three weeks ago.
The delivery was to a business and my friend checked the other businesses around the area to see if they had been misdelivered but they had not.
I understand that these types of websites work with a network of local flower shops but apparently they did not. I also can't find a "local shop" that would be able to make and deliver the arrangement.
I'm waiting right now for a second call back. This is completely unacceptable business practice and very frustrating. In the busy space of flower shops do not use Sunny Flowers Delivery.com.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I ordered flowers to be delivered today to a funeral home. I paid $131.72. They sent me a text at 8:00 pm after funeral was over to say they couldn’t find the funeral home! I’ve requested a refund and will call my bank tomorrow. Makes a sad day even worse! I will never order from Sunnyflowers.com! They should change their name to Gloomyflowers.com!

I payed for a banner and extra white rose for the bouquet for my mother in laws funeral ceremony.
Only the free card was on them.

But I think its really rude not to add extras when someone ordered it.
I called asking them for a picture after delivery. They assured me that would happen. Nothing!

Sunny Flowers delivered a beautiful bouquet with balloon and chocolates for my friend's birthday. She said they were gorgeous and appreciated that they called her to let her know that they had been delivered when she wasn't home. I would highly recommend them!
SCAM!
SCAM!! Customer service was quick to respond when I was placing the order and asking about tracking. AFTER DELIVERY, NO RESPONSES! I paid extra for "deluxe" flowers which were absolutely nothing like the bouquet I ordered (probably 1/10 of the actual flowers included). Additionally, the balloon I ordered was a "Happy Birthday" balloon and the recipient received a "thinking of you" balloon. The flowers were said to come in a basket yet they came without one. Finally, the delivery was promised next day, with confirmation via chat/email and even a phone call from your company saying they would be delivered by 9PM on the 15th of April and they were delivered on the 16th.
Flowers not delivered and no explanation given
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter-in-law for her birthday. According to the sunnyflowerdelivery website there would not be any problem ordering them 24 hours in advance of my desired delivery date. Firstly I did not receive an email receipt with my order number. The only thing I saw was a note on the page where I chose the flowers from their website that payment had been successful. Secondly, my daughter-in-law- never received the flowers the day they were scheduled to be delivered nor did I get an email saying they had been delivered. The following day, Sunday, I called the company and they said that something had gone wrong but they did not know what. The call center is not in the USA. The best that they could do was suggest that they might be able to get the flowers delivered the following day, Monday, now 2 days after my daughter-in-law's birthday. Really this is a very slack business. Now that this has happened, I see that they have received many bad reviews.

Same day delivery is a joke
Ordered flowers for delivery and paid the upcharge for same day delivery (additional $5.99). The flowers were not delivered within the 4-hour window quoted (Thursday). They weren't even delivered on that date. The following day (Friday) we received a call from them stating they would be delivered the next day. Saturday we received an email stating they would be delivered either the following day (Sunday) or "Our designer can prepare a redelivery on the next available date." I called to cancel the order and was offered a $5.00 refund. The additional same-day delivery we paid for was $5.99 so it didn't even cover that cost. I would highly recommend using a Canadian company if ordering flowers in Canada.

i ordered flowers from this place for a person whose mother had just passed away, the bouquet advertised was beautiful, i wanted to make it a little bigger by adding the premium option. what they sent was diabolical! i cannot express how awful the arrangement was that they delivered. not one flower was the same as the picture, and there were literally only a handful of flowers. they delivered a 19.99 bouquet from the grocery store, and i paid over 100 dollars. they asked for pictures which i sent, the customer service rep even agreed with me about how they were nothing like what i ordered. i told him at this point(its been days of this) i want a refund, he offers me 10%, after i tell him off he then offers 20%. literally stealing from customers, he says he has to wait to get authorization after they review everything, what is there to review other that pictures, and time that has passed.. Do not order from these people!
missing ballons and late delivery but awesome door dash delivery man
The product was just as depicted except the $21 in Mylar ballons I paid extra for was left off (the arrangement came with six regular type ballons, the Get Well Mylers were additional). They also weren't delivered on the day promised because they said the address wasn't correct and didn't notify me until after dinner time that day. It was a hospital. The address was correct. So was the patient name and room number. I gave them the same address AGAIN. They were delivered the next day and the follow up emails were appreciated. The reason this is three stars and not 1 or two is Claude (Clyde?) the door dash delivery guy in Wichita Falls really made an effort, calling me to verify everything (he wasn't given the patient room number which I had provided TWICE). and letting me know when the 5 year old patient got his bear and balloons.
