Paid for delivery before 1pm and waited…
Paid for delivery before 1pm and waited to hear from recipient. Finally checked website and it said 'not delivered', called company and AI said delivered. Talked to operator and asked which was correct, operator said she called driver and said they were delivered on time. Found out they weren't delivered until 2:30p. Bouquet was beautiful when delivered, got hugs and kisses from girlfriend, company forgiven for now and I will try again with this company.

Ordered sympathy flowers for daughter-in law on 4/11/26 for same day delivery. Received a call Monday morning at 10 am and was told the delivery will be going to out today. Not good since I paid extra for expedited delivery. The person who called me was very difficult to understand due to their accent. I will not be going to them again.

DISAPPOINTED
My oldest cousin passed away a week ago on Easter. I had ordered a Lily Basket for the Rosary/Funeral, which was scheduled for April 12 at 6 pm or April 13 at 10:30 am. I kept checking the tracking information, and it kept changing the delivery date from the end of April 12 to the end of April 13.
I am deeply embarrassed and appalled that the arrangement I had ordered, which was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, will not be delivered until AFTER the funeral. I had to change the delivery address from the church to the decedent’s home address.
Had I known about the impending delay, I would never have ordered from this company, which I had never used before. Although I was offered a $5 credit, I must express my disappointment that this is an unacceptable resolution to this unfortunate situation. I tried multiple times to reach out via chat on their website, but no one ever responded. Finally, I called them directly at 9:06 am.
I will not be using this service again.

I found what I was looking for. Ordering process was easy. The ordering process allowed writing custom message for recipient. My only slight complaint is that I was not notified when my order had been delivered. But I was able to confirm delivery by contacting them through chat on their website

I ordered for same day delivery. After receiving no order confirmation, I called your support line only to be greeted by a different company name ("Blossom Flower Delivery"), which raised immediate concerns regarding the legitimacy of the business. They assured me my flowers were "out for deliver". The next day, still no confirmation email and I called again. They said the flowers were out for delivery and I asked for a refund, based on their customer service policy, and they denied it because the flowers were "out for delivery". How can flowers be "out for delivery" for two whole days? When I pushed further, I was stonewalled with silence from the company and any email I attempted to send regarding my experience. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM!!!
A Birthday Disappointment
If you actually want your flowers to arrive on time—or at all- avoid Sunny Flower Delivery like the plague. I ordered a birthday bouquet for 04/09 that never showed up, and trying to get a straight answer from their "support" was a lesson in futility; the chat took forever to connect me to someone who just gave me the runaround before ghosting me entirely. Now, as of 04/10, they’re boldly claiming the order was delivered yesterday, despite the fact that the recipient has seen absolutely nothing. Save your money and your peace of mind and take your business to a florist that actually understands how calendars and honesty work.

Terrible Service and Product
They advertise they are a local florist when they are an online company only. Very difficult to reach anyone in customer service. You have to talk to an AI person and when you ask for Customer Service, the call is dropped. The flowers were delivered a day late and were TERRIBLE. The roses were already dying upon delivery and the bouquet was embarrassing. The box they arrived in had mailing labels on it from Florida and N.Y. I was ordering from NH! I WOULD NOT recommend using them!
