1A Service and support!

We are very happy with our sunny tent
The temperature of the water warmed up so quickly I would never have believed it.

Nice to feel like you have some privacy from the neighbours.

If I am honest its a little taller than expected and maybe doesn't need to be so high.

Customer service is first class!

I have already recommended this product to friends but have warned how high it is.

Fast delivery, well packed, further developed tentpoles with better type of fittings which won't get stuck at the end of the season!👍🏻

It was difficult to put together in honesty. And I still have some structural issues.

Excellent service. Website was useful in deciding what we needed and arrived within days, even though I ordered when it was hot!!!

Service wasn´t so bad...but it was very difficult to get somebody on the phone personally!

Nice product

We are a bit disappointed though that the video shows better material than what we actually got.Seems a bit fragile.the pnastic got a bit scratched right away.
But once settled it improves the use of the swimming pool so much..cleaner and warmer water.

Sunny tent where excellent and everything was perfect.
The only down side I had was the delivery by TNT, they where very slow and unreliable about when their delivery would turn up. Every day we waited in because the tracker said it was coming and it wouldn't. Was about a week later then stated.

Quicker than expected delivery, easy to install and what a difference to the water temperature of our pool. Opted for the size M Sunnytent for a 12ft frame pool. Snug fit but perfect.

Wonderfull how the is much warmer..but also more ad quickly green...

Fantastic, delivery was very fast, telephone advice was very friendly and competent. The first storm it has weathered well, I am very satisfied with everything.

Love my Sunnytent! Had it 2 years now and just works! For my 3m pool I have a heat pump to keep it at 29 degrees but it never comes on during the day as the tent “solar” heats it! No leaves / debris either as covered.
Had to put a two foot stone border around the pool as lots of moisture drips down the inside tent sides due to heat and condensation making the ground muddy with lots of use and problem solved! Buy it you won’t look back…

First we Don't receive any information about the change of video and contant of kit !!! Just after we try to call French office 5 times and leave a message !

Very difficult to put the base of segments inside the rotation pedestal !!!

Because is no more "elastics" to maintain the segment togheter , during assembly we disconnect the segment inside the sleeve ! big work to try to resassemble Inside the sleeve

On the end after 3 ours of labor was done but the circle open don't touch the ground on the level of ground , if we close the back side the opening side still at 50 cm of ground !!! We cry and have a lot of conflict in the family about the view of assembly ...

I love the concept, that's why I buy...
But sometings is wrong on the lenght and assembly of 1/2 circle with the new system

I feel the old system was much better !!!

The product is as we hoped for! Good product, good service :)

Very good but not as easy to put up as video not very good in the wind

Sunnytent very efficient but it's a shame that we can't put up the tent alone. There must be 2 ... It is also a pity that the corkscrew fixings damage the hoops with each manipulation. I had to grind all the ends to round them ... A plastic protection would be an improvement.
