The sunny tent is great itself but we are now being charged a £100 by fed ex for import/export duty
I did contact sunny tent to ask about this and the assured me that I should not pay this as everything was paid for by them but I have now received a threatening letter saying they will send bailiffs round to collect the money we owe so see no other solution but to pay
Just warning people in the UK that this could happen to them

Excelent product which keep good temperature in swimming pool

Well all I can say is if I could give less than one star I would. Don't know who wrote high star ones on here but this is impossible to put together first of all there are all sorts of weathers you are not supposed to put it up in sunlight, rain etc. Not really surprised as it looks as if it is made from the same material as bags for life so would probably tear in any slight warmth. The rods keep falling apart and it takes at least 30minutes to put each individual one of the 7 rods in. I have put flat pack furniture together quicker. By number rod 3 you will have lost the will to live and be ready to consign it to the tip. Do not buy unless you want to fall out with your spouse and feel like you have wasted a large sum of money for something that is going to disintegrate/Melt depending on the usual British summer weather. Please don't buy.

Great delivery timescales , great customer service. Easy to put up .
The only criticism for me , was I thought it was a little expensive.

Very good in all aspects, sturdy, easy to set up, well designed.

Only heat in for a few days.when sun gone heat gone.Also insects are very attracted to the inside.dozens in roof of dome.

This was the best buy I’ve made
It covers my pool and keeps leaves out
And bonus is that the water is always at a nice temperature when reached by the sun

The Sunny tent has been the best purchase of lockdown. We purchased in July 2020. When it was too cold to have the pool up we used it as an outdoor social space ... half open .. following the rule of 6 and now the pool is back under it keeps the pool warm and allows me to swim tethered every day. We have it bolted down on the patio. We were concerned the bold holes would be a problem in the Winter but they were fine. There was a problem with the original skin that we realised on erecting the first time and the company immediately replaced it. They believe in their product and so do we. I would say it is better than we expected. It really does keep the water warm. ( we are in the UK). Thank you Sunny Tent

I would highly recommend this sunny tent.our friends had one and after worrying about the cost for a while we decided to go for it.
It’s made looking after the pool so much easier. Just play in it then pull the concertina cover over. It protects it and also keeps it warm.
Only regret is that we should have got it earlier. In England I think a pool needs a cover. The fact that it heats it is great.
Expensive - yes
But in our opinion and the opinion of our 2 sons it’s worth it.
Our 15 year old never swims but this year he has swum in it a lot because the temperature is kept warm.
I think the pachaging should have a warning sticker on the box as we had the box open in the sun for ages while we put up the pool and then read the warning inside the booklet, luckily the tent was fine.

It's really good for protect and give some hot to my swiming pool, i don't regret to buy it. Thanks again.

The tent arrived quickly and was easy to construct and erect. The tent does seem to raise the water temperature during sunny days but perhaps more importantly it stop the water cooling down as quickly during colder evenings. This seems to work well with my solar set up and I have temperatures of 26c which is very comfortable. Fedex sent me an import tax bill but when I contacted Sunny Tents they quickly sorted this error out for me.

I cannot say enough good stuff about the Sunny Tent. It is amazing. The water is so hot in our pool we’ve had to start adding cold to it!!! No bugs, dirt or leaves. Super easy to erect if you watch the quick videos. Was a bit surprised there were no paper instructions but the videos cover all bases. We were missing the two clips for the extra pole set but received them within three working days of my emailing to advise they were missing. Don’t hesitate to get it you will not regret it. We are in England and are getting water temps of 38 degrees. No lies!!!!

Never received still waiting on item or refund. Customer service slow and unhelpful

Delivery: No communication over delivery deadline and no parcel(package) follow-up Packaging: Very well protected Material(Equipment) and anything is not lacking.
Unpacking(Outpouring): No paper note it's a pity – shell does not correspond to that seen in the presentation(display) videos.
Installation: the assembly of shell is not easy, especially at the level of dubbing in the central bow(arc) because the plastic muffs(wings) take a lot of space. These muffs(wings) find themselves in the central spaces who(which) bothers(disturbs) all the more the installation of the reinforcement in 90°et both pop videos jump in every opening passage or closure(lock).
Quality: the material(equipment) stays good quality rest to be seen in time.

Livraison : Pas de communication sur le délai de livraison et pas de suivi de colis
Emballage : Matériel très bien protégé et rien ne manque.
Déballage : Pas de notice papier c’est dommage – l’armature ne correspond pas à celle vue dans les vidéos de présentation.
Installation : l’assemblage de l’armature n’est pas facile, surtout au niveau du doublage dans l’arc central car les manchons en plastique prennent beaucoup de place. Ces manchons se retrouvent dans les espaces centraux qui gêne d’autant plus l’installation du renfort à 90°et les deux clips sautent à chaque passage d’ouverture ou fermeture.
Qualité : le matériel reste de bonne qualité reste à voir dans le temps.

We love our sunny tent. Bought it in 2020 and are in our second year of use now. A friend bought one this year but it took ages for his to arrive due to brexit and customs. Pool temp was 33 degrees C today. Keeps the debris and bugs out. Only problem is that flies gather at the top of the dome and eventually drop into the pool but overall the sunny tent is awesome definitely recommend buying one
