All the material arrived quickly and in good shape.
unfortunately the customer manual 2 (transversal tubes mounting) was not in the box.

Good quality at first glance and very, I mean very, effective. Water temperature around 30°C after only 2-3 days of sunny tent.
However, very difficult to assemble if your garden is not a field, as in the tutorial video…^^
And I hope the material, especially the kit to install on concrete will last in time. Apparently it is not inox so I hope the metal will not become rusty due to rain or humidity. Let’s see how it behaves on the long run!
But overall, satisfied and well conceived!

Quite difficult to install but working great against dirt and for warmer water! I would buy it again !

very expensive for a piece of plastic and 8 arceaux.notice not very clear.

I bought my large round Sunnytent last Autumn, when it was on offer, as I wanted to extend my swimming season. It was great value for money, and delivery very speedy. Assembly was a little tricky, probably as the channels for the pole were of course new, and therefore flat, so inserting the poles was quite a challenge, but we got there! All was fine until we had an unexpected storm overnight and I found myself in the garden in howling winds and rain at 4am rescuing my Sunnytent as it tried to fly away! This caused some damage and broke a few connectors - had the storm been forecast I would have taken the tent down. I'm actually surprised that there wasn't more damage.
I reassembled the Sunnytent about 4 weeks ago, and this time around it was far easier. I'd recommend when you come to put the poles onto the anchor, putting the connectors onto the anchor pegs first, then popping the poles onto them - this is actually much easier than doing it the other way around, as per the instructions!
Now I'm using the tent in slightly more temperate weather, I can get a much better idea of how well it works. Even though we have had some frosts and cold mornings down to 2 degrees, the water temp stays higher than you'd expect, and recently through several days of rain, cloud and temps around 15, the pool has stayed consistently warm at around 18 degrees.
I also really love the privacy the tent affords, as well as the way it keeps the water cleaner than regular pool covers which always blow about.
To sum up, I am delighted with my Sunnytent, and would recommend it to anyone with a pool.

Although we ordered a tent, what was a little bit to small, we were very convinced of the quality. But also the retoure process was extremely comfortable

i think it is a great invention,but very hard to put together the poles would of been better longer & when pushed together they clipped tight. also on the hinges, what wind speed will i need to lay it down. i know it would put up costs i think t would make it stronger against the wind. regards john

An excellent bit of kit! Excellent service from sunnytent to purchase and speedy delivery. It’s definitely a 2 man job to erect but the videos online were very helpful. My only frustration is that when I brought the oval tent it did not say it wasn’t suitable in windy times and since we erected the tent the wind has be strong resulting in 2 rips that I’ve fixed with tape, I’ve since brought the middle support and this has certainly helped. On another positive the pool heat pump has hardly been on the sun heats the pool and it’s so pleasant when you get out the pool.

The received tent had transport damage. However it was replaced the next day. Top service!
