This is our third purchase from Sunshine Diamonds. We recently bought two bracelets and have just added a pair of diamond earrings.

The design is stunning, the sparkle is incredible, and the gold quality is excellent. Everything arrived a full week earlier than expected!

We’re also very happy with the customer service.

Sunshine diamonds is a lovely small business which provided lovely packaging and a safe delivery service. I must say when I bought the pendant, I didn't read the description properly and the pendant was on a chain which I thought it would come with, the picture was slightly misleading but the pendant was beautiful none the less. It also took 6 weeks for the package to arrive which should be notified before purchase given that is a long time to wait. Thank you for the services.

I am so happy to have found Sunshine Diamonds. I love the website, and the massive range of products. The staff are so helpful about any questions you might have, which is great. The pricing is incredible and very competitive. I was kept up to date about delivery, and my order arrived right on time. And they are GORGEOUS! I bought one set of earrings, and they are just beautiful and beautifully packaged. (I straight away ordered another pair for my other ear piercing!). Highly recommend!

Do not use this firm. We purchased a diamond bracelet. When we received the item, it was the wrong size. When we finally obtained the correct size bracelet, they promised to send me the correct valuation and authenticity documents. They have lied on a number of occasions stating they have sent the documents, but they have never been sent. I’m now having the bracket checked out by an independent jeweller because they acting suspicious. If I find out this is not genuine, I will be getting the police involved. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SHOCKING.

I was impressed with this company because it kept me updated at all times telling me exactly what was happening and when, also very pleased with my purchase.

Scam?

I bought an engagement ring from here. initially everything seemed fine, it took around a month to come but on arrival I realised that the ring was not genuine 9ct gold, I took a straight to my local jeweller who checked it and realised there was not even hallmark, the item was costume jewellery!
I checked my bank statement and they had set up a direct debit to come out of my bank the following month too for the same amount that I had paid!!

I asked to return the ring obviously as this was not what I paid £300 for, they said that was absolutely fine, I paid for shipping back to the company and then the ring was sent back to me and Hallmark stamped? I wasn’t sure if they had to change that or not so I took it back to the jewel again who explained to me that it was still the same ring they had just stamped it, at this point the ‘gold’ coating was coming off anyway.
After contacting the company again, I received WhatsApp messages that were completely spelt wrong, the grammar was completely incorrect and didn’t seem professional in the slightest.

Luckily, I was refunded for the item - but on further inspection I noticed they have several stores all trading under different names but all to the same address, I’m assuming they are dropped shipping cheap items from abroad? This could explain the delay in delivery!
