I’m a very satisfied returning customer of Sunshine Diamonds. This purchase experience was just as good as those before! I’ve always wanted a diamond ‘bubble’ ring so my husband treated me to one from Sunshine Jewellers.
Every aspect of the sale went well. Their communication is excellent all through the transaction. They were quick to answer my questions and gave me such thorough details about delivery too. The staff are extremely friendly and polite.
I wanted a size not listed as available but they made one for me at no extra cost. The ring was delivered a week before the date quoted which was a lovely surprise.
The ring is absolutely stunning! It’s a substantial ring, fitting perfectly and sparkling beautifully.
The presentation was beautiful; in a lighted ring box. Included in the price was the insurance certificate.
Overall I was extremely impressed with the ring itself and everything that was included in the sale. Most other jewellers charge extra for different sizing, hallmarking and the insurance certificate.
The whole experience was seamless and I would highly recommend Sunshine Jewellers. I look forward to shopping there again really soon!

My experience with Sunshine diamonds…
My experience with Sunshine diamonds has been superb and I would highly recommend them.
When I placed the order I received a what’s app notification from the company, which they then used to provide updates. I was also able to use what’s app to ask questions about my order, and detailed feedback was provided within minutes.
The earrings were shipped securely and the final product was better than expected. The presentation box has an internal light which is used to highlight the sparkle of the diamonds.
All of this provided at an excellent price point. I would definitely order from this company again.

Ordered a diamond journey necklace on black friday. Wasn't sure I would get it as I was convinced there was a glitch on the website pricing. 9k gold with 2.5ct diamonds D-E, vs. for just £460, Bargain! Was even more worried when it wasn't dispatched on time. Well it came albeit a week late. Well worth the wait. It looks fantastic. The workmanship looks great to the naked eye but when using a lupe its not so great, particularly where the clasp is linked to the chain. Also unable to find a hallmark although it is stamped 375. I would recommend buying from Sunshine at the right price.

Regarding the hallmark: you are absolutely right to raise this, and we sincerely apologise. During an extremely busy period, one piece out of over 100 dispatched unfortunately missed the final hallmarking step. This is not our standard process — every item we dispatch is normally certified and hallmarked before leaving our workshop.
We’ve already arranged free return postage, and once received, we will complete the full UK hallmarking and certification and send it straight back to you at no cost. No stress, no charges — just the way it should be.
