Sent me the wrong dress (not the correct brand, style etc) sent proof it was wrong per their request for a full refund, kept saying they would refund my credit card for over a month but never did-ended up doing a dispute on my credit card to get my money back. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
Fraud!!!! This website is a SCAM! Your purchase from sunshine’s-bliss will state Hong Kong in the description and you will never receive your product. I inquired about my bogg topper and let them know I never received it, they stated there was confirmation of delivery. After further pursuing, they said it didn’t look like I received it as delivery wasn’t clear. They indicated they’d issue a refund. I waited and no refund ever came. They will send you emails with no proof of any refunds or delivery and will tell you your order was refunded but it never will be. You will never receive your refund. Total scam.
I would give it a 0 star rating if I could since I never received the order I placed on7/1/2025. I have contacted their customer service multiple times with no success. Do Not use this website.
