FAKE! FAKE! FAKE! I paid for a dress. What I received was a completely different dress and not even the correct size. I tried to return it. The return address on the original package was a woman in California. The return address I was told to send it to was a "Mr.Tom in Hong Cong". SCAM! I could tell I was talking to a robot for customer service. I'd get replies all time of day and night no matter the time zone. They said they'd refund me and the cost of shipping. I wasn't stupid enough to fall for that a second time. They then said I could keep the dress and they'd refund me 40%. I received an email saying they refunded it but it never showed up in my account. Surprise, surprise . I shoud've just taken $100 and thrown it out the window. I'd have a better shot at getting it back. Don't be duped.

Got scammed..ordered a dress, received a tracking number, but never received the dress. The number and address on the website are fake. Do not order from here.

I tried to order a homecoming dress on Camille-Lady for my daughters homecoming. What I ordered and what I received were two entirely different things - although based on the other reviews it seems I’m in the minority for even receiving anything at all. But the version and quality are so cheap I’d never let my daughter’s homecoming wear this. Of course when I tried to return is when I discovered this company is a scam. Shame on me for not researching further. I hate that our world has come to this.

I purchased two dresses that were promised to be delivered within 2 to 5 days. However, I received them after 5 weeks, and they were not the ones I ordered. The dresses are made of very cheap material, yet I paid over $100 for each of them. They claim to be a U.S. company, but they are not. Additionally, they instructed me to return the items to China, which would cost $109 to ship. Do not order from this store; it is a scam!

I purchased 4 dresses, 2 out of the 4 I received were not the dresses I ordered. They claim to be a US company but are not and they do not uphold ther return policy. Do not order from this store it is a scam!

Claims to be US retailer based out of TX. They sent me a completely wrong dress. They then told me to keep the dress that it would grow on me and I’d like it. I explained I wanted at refund and they wanted me to ship it back to china. Do not buy from this company.

Absolute, 100% scam. Don't even try to get anything from there. You may be redirected but you should still avoid.

I made a purchase for a cat run where the flashing light you had 4 minutes to take the cell cuz it was such a great sale which it was it's should have been over $100 and I got it for $50 so I paid it with my bank card and never received my purchase and won't they won't return my calls or my messages and even had information to my bank statement that I authorized it and they sent it to me in the bank won't refund my money now so they're not just scamming me they scammed my bank and that one star that was just so I could leave it this message I'll give them no star at all. They were selling under Shopify name but it was Camille lady that was on my bank statement

If I could give them a 0 I would. When the dress I ordered for my daughter arrived the strap that ties the dress together was completely missing. The dress could not even be worn. In an attempt to get a refund for the worthless $54 +shipping dress they finally agreed to pay me back $27 in 5-7 days. I agreed to that only because the cost to ship it back would have been ridiculous and they know that. The refund never came. I emailed back they said there was a technical issue with their refunds. I have emailed 3 times since and no response. They are a bunch of crooks!

Order never arrived. Contacted Camille-lady.com (of course the phone # was not operational) and was told that "the logistics party thought that the order might be lost" and that $ would be refunded in 5-7 days. Never received the order or the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

If I could give this website a -1 million I would! I ordered what I thought was a great deal (should have been a warning!) on a pair of shoes. This was back at the end of March. I paid $37. At first I got an email that the package had shipped, ok. Then another email that the package was out for delivery with tracking information, which turned out to be some foreign carrier. Upon checking there was no such tracking number to be found in this system. So after several emails, they told me that the package had been delivered and SIGNED for. That is completely impossible - my husband is retired and home all day! So again, several emails and they promised to provide proof from their shipping company and said they would process my refund. Well mid-April, still no refund. I was told it would take 7-10 business days (?). Now we are at May 14, 2025, and still no refund, I get it's only $37, but I work hard for my money and I want it back. They have now ghosted me.
DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! IT IS A SCAM!

We ordered an item. Cancelled the order the next day as no longer needed. Received confirmation the order had been cancelled (as item yet to ship). Nevertheless, Camille-Lady charged us for the item. No refund received. Have chased several times. No response or refund to date.
