Their response DISGUSTS ME please read this and please take it from me that this company completely screwed me over & yes my bank agreed with them sadly due to their warehouse confirming the weight of the package which means absolutely nothing! It’s all a lie my bf was a witness that day I opened that package on my kitchen counter to find 1 only 1! Exfoliating mitt sitting at the top of the kraft papers. This company made a big mistake that they will never own up to & have banned me from their site which is too bad for them because I would’ve been a great customer.

I purchased a 24 pack of norvell pre exfoliating mitts from here and they only sent me 1 mitt when I contacted them they said I’m lying and trying to get free product. So no refund no replacement nothing and when I disputed my charge with my debit card company they won! I am so furious I can’t believe they are getting away with this please please don’t buy stuff from them purchase straight through the sunless companies website

We are always very disappointed to see an unhappy customer and go to great lengths to resolve any situation constructively. We do not sell these individual exfoliating mitts and only stock and sell the full retail counter displays that includes 24 of the mitts. In this situation our warehouse, UPS, and the customer's credit card company all reviewed the available evidence. The final decision of our warehouse staff and also the customer's own credit card company was that the large 24 pack display case was shipped and received by the customer.
