I bought an expensive Dualit toaster from Sunvis in October 2023, which carried a 12 month guarantee. It developed a fault 10 days before the guarantee expired and, as we were going on holiday the following day, I contacted Sunvis by e-Mail to ask if they would honour the guarantee if I sent the toaster back on our return from holiday.

This was three weeks ago and I am still waiting for a reply! I have tried to follow my e-Mail up with a ‘phone call several times, but they do not answer - just provide an automated message asking you to contact them via their website. I decided to send another message in this way, just in case they no longer used their support e-Mail account (which was quoted in my order confirmation), but after two weeks I’ve had no response to this communication either.

I have had to resort to asking Dualit to step in, even though by law the responsibility for dealing with my claim under guarantee was with the retailer, and fortunately they have been very helpful and are currently dealing with my return.

I will not be purchasing from Sunvis again and would advise all potential customers to avoid this company and their appalling customer service at all costs.

The battery on my Aircraft PowerGlide failed after less than 3 months. Sunvis were quick enough to take my money for the purchase but completely uncontactable when when I tried to reach out by phone and by email.

I would avoid at all costs, not a trustworthy company to do business with.

Purchased an item from this online store, never been great but is now useless. Been trying to get in contact for 3 weeks now with no responses, seems like a scam to me

I was a bit dubious buying from this company as I had never heard of them and the price for my item was nearly 'too good to be true'... (Braun Series 9 shaver)

However, absolutely no problems. Item came quickly and I was kept informed as to it's journey.

I would happily use them again

Having seen a fantastic price for a Ring alarm kit and read some of the one star reviews I did wonder if this was too good to be true.

However the order was dispatched within a few hours of ordering, was brand new and exactly the same as from Amazon but £100 cheaper!

I would definitely use again.

As others have said, best price for the hard to find Braun series 9pro+, delivered in 2 days, cannot fault.

First time I've tried Sunvis but they had the best price on a Braun 9575cc. Efficient process, plenty of dispatch and delivery updates. All arrived on time, well packaged. Good service.

I'd never heard of them but Sunvisstore was one of the few places stocking any of the new Braun Series 9 Pro+ shavers and the price was almost unbelievably low. Excellent communication, quick despatch and quick delivery by DPD.

Excellent service with clear communications from placing the order to perfect delivery 2 days later. Product received well packed in its sealed manufacturer’s carton complete with original gurntee. I had some concerns as I hadn’t heard of Sunvis before but as they were 30% cheaper than Braun I give them an order. I need not have worried, my order was despatched same day and arrived a day earlier than indicated. Product was exactly as described and communication on order progress was excellent. Bought Dualit 4 slice toaster, the best price I could find. Unfortunately there was minor damage in transit with one of the base legs broken and they had the part sent to me. The customer service was great, I can't recommend highly enough.
