Absolutely do not go on this site I thought it was good until you win and try to withdraw. I can't believe these scum get away with it. I've also recently deposited €200 to my account and it never went in. The live chat is like talking to a 5 year old who can't spell. I am so disappointed in myself for using this crap

This casino closed my gaming account without providing one specific reason what i would have breached for my account to be closed. In addition they also stole all the money i had in account including funds which i deposited not only the winnings. Never ever use this casino if you want your money to be safe.

Has you click on bonus and deposit then go into play but find out your bonus wasn't added then you Try and let them know about it and they won't even give you your bonus. Bloody joke. Took deposit from my bank account which did not show in my playing account. Numerous emails back and forth to try and recover deposit with delaying tactics and asking for ridiculous confirmation documentation. Email received 2weeks ago stating that money owed had been refunded to my bank account but most definitely has not been. Steer clear folks!

I deposit 50 euro. Used welcome bonus sports 100%
I won 175 euro after reach the wagerment.
I have proves of this.
I played day and night 5 days before i leaved on the other part or the world for visiting my girlfriend for 2 months ( relation distance)
They knew this, i told them many times. I played fast because i was afraid not acces on the webiste in that other country.
My documents were fine ( i had the feeling they tried to make me stressful because they rejected some documents, while they were fine)
I asked them Kindly for hurry up, so i could withdraw before my leaving.
Thet confirmed me that everything will be fine and i will withdraw my 175 euro fast.

Just 2 hours After getting email with confirmation account verified i got email with the most stupid message i ever got ' we rejected your withdraw and deducted 125 euro money because in our terms and conditions without any explication to you we have that right'

They destroyed my vacation now. I am so depressed. I played day and night and was proud i wagered the bonus.

After sending 10 emails they wrote me only that i broke the rule in point 12.11.1
But that's a big lie of course 😂 i read that rule 3 times. Nothing happend.

I were limited and then they deducted my winnings. I chargeback my money now up to the winnings i should get and get an online complaint at the police

Stay away!! After some ridiculous verification demands, they still refuse to pay out my winnings.

The casino suddenly locked my account despite the fact I was verified and already received multiple withdrawals due to "security reasons". They did not give me an exact timeframe until the investigation is completed, and simply told me to be patient in the process. Also, they asked me for a document that does not exist (a phone bill that is in my name), as my phone bill is financed by my mother, however, they told me this is not acceptable. What a joke! We are talking about 1400 euros to be withdrawn by the way.

Outrageous, I literally never had this experience even with the worst-rated books during my 5-6 year online gambling journey with more than a hundred gambling sites. Please stay very far away from this company.

My Askgamblers complaint was rejected because the investigation process is ongoing. What a nice trick from the casino for not providing an exact timeframe, so they could prolong it.
