Poor experience when coming into your store recently. I was the only customer in there; there was a member of staff around on the shop floor and others by the tills/office section. Firstly no one engaged with me on entering the shop area to check if I needed any help or assistance, had to ask for help and then when I did the staff member I spoke with whilst they showered me to the area I needed was extremely miserable, dismissive and unhelpful kept saying well the carpenter should have sorted this for you instead of yourself (well what if I wanted to sort it for myself after all you sell to both retail and trade!) . Not the services I had expected from Supafit having used their services before to have carpets fitted. Put off from using them again, customer services has definitely declined sadly which is a shame.

The company was most helpful in fitting their work in with another tradesman. It involved removing old carpet and replacing with engineered wood flooring. Two doors needed trimming - no problem. They were willing even to go into an understair cupboard which we had initially excluded from the job description - luckily there was enough wood! Incredible accuracy and attention to detail in the finishing mouldings. Ten months later it still looks immaculate.

Supafit did a lovely job fitting our stair runner and landing carpet, special thanks to Duncan for the timber fillet which looks great.

We have used Supafit carpets in Horsham, how many years now. For both carpets and hard floor coverings, most recently Karndean. I can’t recommend highly enough service they provide consistently. Both the store staff and fitters are excellent. On a couple of occasions many weeks post fitting I have contacted for minor adjustments, e.g. floor bars, etc. and invariably they have sent round a Fitter same day to complete the small adjustment requested.

WOW! We've used Supafit for every room in our house. Finally time to get the kitchen and connecting room sorted. After a lot of deliberation (on our part) patience and advise from Supafit staff we made our decision. The Amtico vinyl tiles have given both rooms a designer look. The fitters went above and beyond,even replacing the rubber in the step with the same tiles. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- and thanks so much.

Absolutely delighted with our new Parquet Design flooring in entrance hall, living/dining room and office. The fitters did a great job, they worked very hard and were entirely focused on the job at hand. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and trustworthy company with excellent products and fitters. Nothing was too much trouble!

Supafit offered the most competetive quote (out of 3) to fit Karndean flooring to our kitchen diner and an ensuite. The work was completed on time, and the fitters worked hard at all times. I am very pleased with the quality of the work.

We needed new carpets fitted at fairly short notice and Supafit did everything they could and got them done in time for us. The guys who did the work turned up on time and did a fantastic job, and the carpet is lovely, and all at a very reasonable price. A very friendly and efficient company, I highly recommend Supafit and I won't hesitate to use them again.

I have been using this company for laying carpet and Amtico flooring to our house. Outstanding job and even replaced our landing carpet with no quibbles whatsoever. They sent someone out to inspect and found a default with the carpet itself, came back and replaced, no questions. Lovely company and such friendly staff. We would not hesitate in using them again and indeed will do so for all our bedrooms. Thank you Supafit for your fantastic service!
