We ordered the 16 foot retractable leash to use on a backyard trolley line for our indoor Siberian kitten, already 9 pounds. We didn’t want him getting tangled and didn’t want something that he would have to really tug on.
This works perfectly! It is so smooth and he really is not bothered by it at all as he crosses the yard and explores. The perfect answer for our needs. We, of course, use it for regular walks also. It is so nice!

When I ordered the wrong size and had to contact their customer service, my message was replied promptly and the problem solved quickly.

Very good comms. Resolved problem with a faulty harness and replaced it within a week no quibbles.
Good quality product ours was just had a slight fault but hey one of those things. Replacement harness spot on and fits great. Recommended company if you need cat related products.

The colour and quality matched the images online and my kitten looks so smart! Definitely glad I invested in something of better quality than other cheap alternatives I have seen. The only thing I wish there had been a few more colour choices - I'd love a lilac collar and harness!

Our cat is deaf so having a reliable harness is a priority. Although we had a slight issue with shipping. The harness itself we simply love and highly recommend, it is pure quality and makes me feel totally safe while teaching our deaf cat to walk outside.

Supakit is a really good website to navigate around, full of information, each question I started to think, the answer is there. Really pleased with the harness purchased, it's refreshing to read how the company makes the products solely for cats and how they move for their comfort, not tweeking a dog product. You also become part of their group, and they involve you in other things to help you. I'm over the moon 😻

Fantastic Customer Service and excellent communication

Looked really nice but only lasted 2 days, my cat has never lost a collar but returned without this one on the second day. I know this may be a coincidence but he is very active and loves to roll around on grass ect so may be a faulty clasp. just seemed a shame after spending the money on a nice collar for it to of come off so easy.

So lovely out snow Bengal adores his harness and we are getting the retractable lead to take him on adventures

Incredible customer service and very quality harness

I bought a collar for each cat and added an AirTag to each collar. Removed the bells as my cats have never tolerated bells around their neck. My cats have not scratched at the collars or AirTags so I’m taking that as a sign that they are happy with their new collars. BTW I bought a few different types of AirTag holders to attach to these collars and all types of holders have worked with this collar.

Bought the leather harnesses and love them. They are a bit tricky to get on, but we’re getting better at it. Very good quality and our kitties seem to like them and aren’t bothered wearing them. They have had harnesses on since kittens, so the transition wasn’t a big deal.
