Happy and repeat customer
I have ordered candles from supamart on a few occasions now. They are always cheaper than elsewhere, have always arrived in good time and have always been packaged really well to avoid damage. I'll certainly be ordering more in the future.

Very well packaged with potential…
Very well packaged with potential leakages in mind, quick dispatch and delivery. I'm not one to get on the back of trends for the sake of buying but these came highly recommended by my daughter. Great price if not cheaper and a wider range than in stores. Products smell really fresh and give my house a 'spring clean' feeling which is needed in these winter months when open doors and windows are limited. Can't wait to see if there's new products lined up in the future.

What’s gone wrong?
Having placed an order on 21 December 2024 and the money having been immediately debited from my account, I received/heard nothing for 12 days and am still waiting. I haven’t had the courtesy of a reply to my request for jnformation to Customer Services.
It seems such a surprise, given the largely excellent reviews for this company . . .

Very late delivery not expectable
Place the order on 17th of December, Yodel had the parcel from the 19th December but was only delivered today on the 30th of December.
Contacted Yodel on the 24th and 28th of December was informed that would be delivered on each day by 8pm.
Don’t know why they’re using the this delivery service won’t be using them again because of this. Same really as they had been delivered in time I would have probably used them before.
