Great service from a super friendly company. Super 8 cine film converted to digital file. All done in just over a week, so very pleased.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with this company. I had a tricky order of digitalising over a decades worth of photos on SD cards, CDs, loose photos and USB. This company have excelled in converting everything to one USB stick. Customer service has been outstanding and kept me upto date every step of the way. From initial enquiry to finish. I want to say Thank you highly recommended and would 100% use them again.

The company offer a wide range of services, digitising VHS tapes, cine film, cam corder tapes, audio tapes, photos, slides and negatives. Customer service is excellent, allowing detailed discussions, regarding the customer requirement, and what can be achieved. The costs are explained, fully, prior to the commencement of work.

In April I dropped-off a Betmax tape to Supaphoto. I wasn't sure if the video could be digitised as it had never been played and was given to me in 1984 (wedding). They replied by email that (we will) "attempt to recover footage from the Betamax tape for £90 payable in advance." and "We can make no promises about being successful in recovering footage or the level of restoration whatsoever." Fair enough. A few weeks later they replied: "the betamax was just garbled rubbish". There was no other comment and to be honest I was disappointed with their response. When I emailed them back asking them if it was possible that there was nothing on the tape in the first place they didn't answer. I can't help but feel that it would have been much better if they could have at least supplied a screenshot(s) and/or some video of the 'garbled rubbish' and perhaps an explanation as to why the recovery was unsuccessful. Anyway despite this they did at the same time digiitise successfully the other tape I gave them which was a VHS tape so I would still recommend them.

Supaphoto are a great team! I had some old slides (1950s) transferred to digital USB and the results were totally amazing. The team were friendly, efficient, professional and took time and care to make sure the results were perfect - great attention to the colour and I loved the results. Thanks very much team. Supaphoto have recently digitised my late parents 35 mm slides. The process has been so straighforward and easy to navigate. All the staff I have talked to have been friendly and helpful, talking me through the process and alleviating my fears around sending the slides to them. The results are amazing, these slides date back to the early 1960's and have not been viewed in at least 20 years - my sister and I now have many hours in front of us trying to work out where they were taken and who is in them! What a treat after all this time.

They offered a no-obligation friendly and helpful chat beforehand, gave excellent communication throughout - and provided a high-quality service with a fast turnaround. Can highly recommend.

Fantastic service! I have been looking for someone to repair a very old micro cassette for three years before I came across Supaphoto. They are experts who were able to do exactly what I needed, they not only repaired my tape but they transferred the data to a new tape and also sent me a digital copy of the audio. I could not be any happier with their service. They also kept me updated at every stage of the process and they didn’t over promise anything until they were sure they could make it happen which was much appreciated. Finally! My tape which is highly sentimental to my family has been repaired and we are able to keep our cherished memories intact. So so happy! Thank you Supaphoto!

These guys know there stuff, I’m impressed with the range of media they can transfer and when the tapes are seemingly beyond it, they offer a chance to restore and preserve not simply transfer and hope for the best.

I am currently using Supaphoto's services in order to transfer some tapes from the 90s. I am thoroughly impressed by how the service has been carried out so far, very responsive and prices are explained in a clear and thorough way. They run you through some options so you are absolutely certain of what you are going to get. Can't recommend enough!

Very friendly helpful service totally understood my story concerning the transfer of my videos to a USB stick. They were committed to enhancing the videos to the best quality they could be. As they cared about how sentimental the videos were to me. Would highly recommend them 😊.

These people love their work. What a Supa feel-good company! Imagine wasting hours trying to sort out a query with for example your bank, spending a lifetime in a queue, then getting an automated robot and being left with an unresolved issue. Now imagine a refreshing total reverse scenario .... being able to actually chat to a knowledgeable caring person who is genuinely interested in achieving your objectives. Supaphoto combine tradtional old school customer service and advice with rapid high-tech professional digital results.

And what great value. Extremely competitive prices, fast turnaround, Supa quality.

Unfortunately Dad has advanced lung cancer. He's 89 and periodically over the years has been trying to digitise some of his 300 plus 35mm mounted slides. I think he's tried a flatbed scanner and then some small contraption that shone a light through a number of slides at a time and seemed a bit quicker.....The results were reasonble but still time consuming.

Time was of the essence and The Supaphoto staff gleaned this and our other needs from our real world conversation, and pulled out all the stops.....something you can't achieve with an online form or chatting to a robot.

Seeing the joy it has brought having all his cherished 35mm brought back to life on the big TV screen and his PC has delighted the whole family.

Of course there are a plethora of other media digitising services. But from my experience, should you require any kind of bulk slide scanning, transfers etc and want somebody to trust to bring to life your precious memories, I can not recommend Supaphoto highly enough.

If only more businesses were like this.... and understood that they don't need to concentrate on maximising profits but rather strive to provide what customers need or want.... the profit bit naturally follows.

A word of warning, if you have been procrastinating over any photographic transfer to digital. Most older media, like Dad's 50 year old 35mm negative slides, won't last forever! Some say such slides only have a colour life span of around 15 to 20 years depending how they are stored. Well known Photographic Companies claim theirs last 50 years with average storeage and usage. I know every time you put them in a projector they deteriorate a little more. This was the case with some of Dads negatives. But even so, I know comparing Supahoto's transfer and some of our past attempts, I can see Supaphoto have extracted better detail than our own earlier home efforts.
