I’ve emailed 6 times trying to get a replacement cap for my insulated wine bottle as I’ve mislaid the silicone gasket that makes it airtight. So far, I’ve had one response offering to send me a free replacement cap and asking for my full address. I replied immediately supplying the information requested but, to date, I’ve had no acknowledgement not replacement cap, despite a further 2 emails from me. There doesn’t appear to be a phone number, just an email address to their so called friendly helpful team. I am thoroughly disgusted at their appalling customer services. So, although I love the bottles, I can’t recommend anyone to buy from them as you’re unable to get a response from them if something goes wrong.

I purchased a set - faulty, leaked and Sup don’t care
I purchased a set, wine cooler and two insulated cups for holiday. I received them just before I left in July. On my first time use the wine cooler leaked. I contact Sup and they asked if there was a plastic grommet in the top, there was but the top would not seal or close evenly hence the leakage. Sup asked for my address even though I provided my order number. It is now Sept, several emails later and I have NOT received a new top, replies to my emails absolutely nothing. My next step is my credit card company to raise a refund. Don’t waste your money go elsewhere. I am £70 down with a faulty product and nowhere to go.

Would give zero if I could. Purchased several weeks ago. No tracking information sent. No communication other than spam. And no response to any emails.
Avoid this scam site. Total theft.

Absolutely shocking, do not buy!!!! Leaked from day one and several attempts where made to get a replacement and 2 months in in still waiting, they said twice now they would send a replacement lid and that should do the trick, but no lid had arrived, I have emailed again today for the 10th time

Purchased 3 mugs, one for me, two for gifts. Used it a few times and the lid broke. Contacted customer services who offered to send a replacement. Nothing sent, chased a few times, initial responses to emails and then ghosted now on two occasions so have given up. Really poor customer service.

Very disappointed having purchased a flask and two cups. The coating is coming off both after a single use. We were careful whilst using so I question the durability and quality of the product for the price. Customer service was very unhelpful. Love the concept but not matched by quality sadly 😞.
