Poor Customer Service
After emailing customer services I am disappointed as I have not received a response regarding my faulty flask, I have since emailed again for a return as they state on their T+C on their website a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. After reading great reviews of the Insulated Flask, I bought the Shell one. I poured in a cold bottle of wine, 5 hours later it was warm not even cold. Poor service such a shame as the delivery was quick and prompt.

Brilliant product
Absolutely love these cups keep drinks cold for hours. No sweating when you add ice. Loads of colours to chose from. I’ve now bought more sets as presents and everyone loves them. We take them on holiday use them by the pool or beach.
Customer service is great one of our seals came off and it was replaced immediately with no fuss.

Looks good, is convenient, keeps drinks just about cool enough for a few hours
Look really stylish and loads of people have asked me where I got them.
Far more convenient than carrying glass bottles and ice packs etc around.
Keeps drinks cool for a couple of hours… but no where near as cold or as long lasting coldness as a Chillys bottle, especially if weather is scorching or it’s a long day.
Outer coating has begun to peel off after a few months... but I’ve just discovered somebody has been putting them in the dishwasher - not a good idea!
Would still buy again though, and have given a few sets as gifts and had great feedback 😃.

Bought these as gifts and they have been so popular that my friend bought more for her friends and now I need to get myself some! My sister uses hers all the time for camping, picnics, walks any time they are out and about they never have to carry lots of ice or things to keep their wine cool. Fantastic customer service
I stupidly lost my bung so my can cooler was pretty useless without it. I contacted Sup less than 48 hours ago and my replacements have arrived. I go away this weekend too so I'm glad I can take it with me. I honestly didn't imagine they would arrive in time. Brilliant customer service. Great product.

Ordered 4 insulated cups
Ordered 4 insulated cups, only 2 arrived, I have tried emailing, WhatsApp, instagram and the customer service form on the website to chase the remainder of the order but no response. This was an urgent order for an event next Tuesday. Very disappointed with the lack of communication.
Finally after 4 days Sup have confirmed it was a picking error, however the goods will arrive too late for their purpose.
