Excellent and very efficient service, the only issue I had was my impatience to get the bike as their delivery schedule was very busy, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again
I had high expectations buying from a well-known dealer, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. After owning the bike for just two weeks, I discovered the rear brake pads were worn to an unacceptable level and should never have been on a bike sold by a dealership. Brakes are a critical safety component, and this has seriously affected my confidence in the pre-sale inspection.
Communication has also been poor. Getting responses has been difficult, the customer portal is a total waste of time as if you do have a concern and contact someone you get no reply. Then to ring up and being on hold for 40 mins before eventually finding out when my bike will be ready.
I chose to buy from a dealer expecting peace of mind and a properly prepared bike but this experience has been the complete opposite.
Sell a bike with no working clutch. After repair try send it back with back brake not working missing bolts. Missing bolts from other places and they say it’s your word versus there’s. Not professional at all. Sell nails if you want a decent bike shop elsewhere. Also after sales is absolutely non existent so you may as well phone the Easter bunny.
Complete and utter farce of an experience. Looks OK at the start - sort of - when they bombard you with email updates when there’s been a change to the status of your purchase. Then you’ve got to log into the portal every time to see what’s happened and half the time nothing’s happened. Used the message thing on the portal to ask a question - just ignored. God forbid if you need to speak to anyone; 10-15 minute wait if you are lucky. They say to use the portal and if you need to speak, you will be waiting for some time and they are really sorry. Absolute amateurs. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Oh and the bike? Almost forgot. Don’t know where that is; paid in full a week ago as well. Need to get my money back by the sounds of things…..

Really cannot recommend this Company especially Donington Park. Purchased an MT125. Within a week of it being delivered it had a fault wherein the battery went flat quite a few times more or less overnight. I put aNew battery on with their permission but it still went flat. Numerous phone calls made most of time no answer. In February I was told they would collect bike for repair at their Bristol branch.I put complaint into finance company.16 days later had call from their Transport department will pick bike up tomorrow, 20th February 2026 . Bike was collected. I wanted to reject it as not to standard but found out that finance company could and should have done that themselves. Bike returned 25th February apparently the fault was the tracker previously fitted by another owner I assume. In the end I sold the bike to an online company and it was paid off too. Never again. If you need contact then do so !

To start of with Bradley Haslehurst was amazing he sorted everything out for me even went beyond what he needed to do
Darren arrived to collect bike, very pleasant and polite. Makes you feel at ease with a hard decision I have made to sell.
Not sure on the 4 days deferred payment though.
Reluctant Sale of my Triumph Bonneville. Goldie was on time & very professional. Everything was in order as I explained before the pick-up, so it was a very hassle free sale. Thanks.
Very quick well managed service,I would like to thank Travis for his help today on collection of my bike he was both polite and informative with the whole process.
Straightforward transaction - friendly and efficient staff
Had Steve Walker come and collect my late dad's ducati, was friendly , very knowledgable and gave me the price agreed without any hassle, thanks mate !
i am quite a high maintenance man i like being in the know about everything, and the man i spoke to on the phone, Johnathan did a fantastic job of keeping me up to date answering my many questions, very polite and informative, overall a brilliant experience all thanks to johnathan
Found a bike at Macclesfield venue. Agreed a part ex price. Plenty of updates regarding the Speedmaster but no other documentation.
Told me my 14 plate Triumph Tiger has fork seal leak after vigorously and excessively bouncing the front of the bike up and down. Then said my engine may have a problem. It's only done 8K. Then asked for another 2k after I'd already paid them £3k. Effectively wanting £9k for a bike worth £6.5 k. I'll be contacting trading standards.
From start to finish the whole process was easy and everyone I spoke to was friendly and efficient.
Because the process is clear and open, the price I was quoted, was the price I was paid on the collection day.
The gentleman who collected the bike was friendly and knew what he was doing. The handover didn’t take very long at all.
Sad to see my bike go, but happy with the service.
Very easy and all done from home.
Jade and her boss were professional and gave me all the information i needed through the whole process.

Good trade in price, good choice of bikes at competitive prices. The experience was stress free, quick and professional. Would definitely use again.
So my experience with Superbike factory Crawley was not overly a great experience . I brought a BMW from them and once I collected the bike the display screen flashed up over due service, plus flat battery and a rear tire that was well out of date for use . One of the managers said the tire was good and that he sold bikes that had tires that were over 17 years old. Hmm playing god then! As a customer I would expect that my safety was important to them but surely there only instead in your money. Ok they did offer to replace the tire after 4 weeks of ownership with a cost off £100 but unfortunately I lost the bike on a bend and never made the appointment.
The bikes all fixed at my own cost and has new tires front and back also had all new breaks, and full service at my own cost . Superbike factory never responded to my Emails or did they call back so with that experience in mind I would never deal with them again .
Don’t get me wrong some of the staff there were really helpful throughout the sale process but the staff trying to play god and putting your life in there hand and not willing to put new tires on a bike they sold to you should not work there in my opinion
