Don't Buy This Box!

I really, really, really wanted this box to work so I could dump Xfinity and its higher than high monthly cable subscription. But the box has issues. This unit is supposed to function off of a WiFi signal. But it lags. A lot. This affects the picture quality, which is exhibited in a picture breaking up for a second or two. Additionally, the advertising says this box's resolution is up to 6K. I have a 4K TV, a $3500 TV, and this box gave me a resolution that looked like 720p. Nowhere NEAR 1080p let alone 4K. Even the upscaling on my TV couldn't make this box provide a better resolution. I tried all the different settings, watched all the Youtube videos on setting this box up and still couldn't get it to work. Now to the bad part. I told them I wanted to return it. After a few back and forth emails and texting on WhatsApp, they gave me an address to return the box to. But they refuse to sign for the box when it is delivered to them. They want me to send this box back to a residence. This is a major RED FLAG. Without a signed receipt, they can always claim they never received the unit back, so they don't have to issue me a credit for my purchase. These people are no doubt from Asia. Probably China. Their responses to me for returning this unit have been delay tactics and now they want me to simply send this unit to someone's residence with no delivery confirmation. Yeah, I wasn't born yesterday. It looks like I'm stuck with this unit.

Freezes frequently

Freezes frequently. Usually does not come back up after following their “fixes”. Very poor performance. Wouldn’t recommend spending the money

This company cares nothing about their…

This company cares nothing about their customers .
The superbox is unreliable, buffers, freezes, logs out of what you're watching very frustrating. Then they remotely disable the device because a distributor they hired violates their advertising policy. They hired a dishonest, untrustworthy distributor, so they disable all the boxes that distributor sold! And the only person that suffers any loss is the paying customer. DO NOT PURCHASE A SUPERBOX!

Super waste of money

Do not buy Superbox if you want to watch anything without the tv freezing!! It’s a waste of money! It does have a lot of channels but that’s probably the only positive thing about it!

Order Not Received

I purchased a superbox online from superboxglobal.com on 2/7/25. When I checked the order status, it said it was delivered on 2/13/25. I went to my box a few days later and they did not see the delivery. I was told to check back as they had a lot of deliveries and perhaps didn’t get to it. I went back on 2/21 and was told the order was not there. I got in my car and called Fed Ex. The rep told me I could not make a claim because it had been more than 7 days and that I had to contact the sender. Since the FedEx rep would not take a claim on the phone, I went online to make a claim. It said the account holder that shipped the item needs to make a claim or that I need a release from the sender on their company letter head in order for me to make a claim. I again contacted the sender and asked for them to make a claim. They responded with call Fed Ex. I tried to bypass the Fed Ex online claim that said the account holder needs to make the claim. I got to the end and submitted a claim and then received an email that I need a release form from the sender on their company letterhead. I emailed the sender asking for a release and crickets. I contacted the superbox and I requested another unit be sent with a signature required or issue a refund. The sender said it shows delivered I had to contact Fed Ex. I have gone back and forth between the sender and Fed Ex for days on end both saying it was delivered. At this point, no one wants to take responsibility. Why would the sender send without insurance and/or a signature requirement. These are large corporations making a profit. I am one hard working individual living paycheck to paycheck. I need my money back. I am out $399 but have no product!

Feeling scammed

Placed order on 12/4 for a Superbox Ultra as a Christmas gift. Received order confirmation and tracking within a few days. Track stated "info sent to FedEx for over a week. When I emailed that the tracking had not updated in over a week and this was a gift I was told not to worry and tracking would update later that day. 3 days later no update to tracking. Tracking king updated a few days later. It is now Christmas Eve and still no product even though my CC was charged on 12/4. I need to scramble for a replacement gift now. I will be contacting my CC company on 12/26 if order is not received.
I did not realize when I was told not to worry about receiving my order they meant stop worrying you will not be receiving your product by Christmas. Three weeks to receive an order is ridiculous.
