I bought a mixed box of 8 cereals. My first spoonful was a lump of powder. It was so sweet and left a nasty taste in my mouth for hours. I haven't yet plucked up the courage to try another. Utter waste of money I going back to porridge

They give free shipping in your basket but they try to charge you shipping at the checkout. In their advertising they advertise "FREE SHIPPING price :£2.99"
To me the company is dishonest and they have a very low opinion of their customers or the business is run dishonestly so I am leaving them for spiders and I will purchase from another honest supplier. Most of their reviews are written by people connected to the business.

I have just written to the company with the following:
'I Just wanted to drop you a line to say how impressed I am with your cereal. I have only tried the Frosted so far and waiting in anticipation to try the rest very soon after ordering a variety pack of 8 boxes.
I was having a good look around the box and on the bottom you have the expiry date with a printed message saying 'is this your birthday'?, and guess what, yes it is. Either super clever or a sign that I absolutely should be eating this fabulous Surreal cereal. 
Counting calories and ensuring you get all the right protein, vitamins, fibre and good carbs with low salt and sugar is an absolute challenge these days with busy lifestyles and increasing costs, so well done.
I will be recommending to my friends as we enter that age where it becomes more difficult to maintain a healthy weight and still enjoy our favourite foods.

It's also worth noting that from placing my order to delivery was quick and the packing was undamaged and presented securely in the outer box. Very impressed.
