Very good organisation and everything went smoothly on the day. We managed to skip the queues and enter the camp and museum very quickly. Our guide was also very knowledgable and interesting. It did feel a bit rushed - for example, I would like to have one free hour to wander around the camp myself without a guide- but it was okay.

Avoid this company!
Booked via getyourguide, Pickup time was changed to 5.30 am at very short notice (13 minutes prior to end of cancellation period) so that cancellation was not possible any longer. Company was not willing to agree to a customer-friendly solution and denied reimbursement of price paid. Very dubious for both SuperCracow Team as well as GetyourGuide.

We loved this tour, so easy to get the coach and we were guided around for the whole tour. It was very informative and everyone was friendly.

The only down side was the timings were tight and we didn't have time to get a coffee during the 4 hour tour and popping to the toilet meant we missed information. This was probably due to the amount of groups on a guided tour at the same time.

Bar this I would definitely recommend.

Avoid this agency.
They changed our confirmed 6:30 AM pickup to 2:30 AM the night before, hadn’t secured the tickets, refused any help or refund, and then stopped responding on every channel. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Don’t trust them with your time or money.

10/10 highly recommended! Our bus driver and our tour guide Aggie, were welcoming, smiling and had everything sorted, not to mention that Aggie is extremely knowledgeable. It is devastating to see what happened in Auschwitz, however in terms of the SuperCracow team, we were absolutely satisfied! Do not worry about any changes in schedule, and if they do change your pickup time, please dont cancel! We had our pick up time changed to 06:10 am, arrived there at 08:00, did not wait long! It was the perfect time to start as we finished by 12:00! Everything run smoothly! Thank you SuperCracow! 5 stars! 🤩🤩🤩

Well organised and kind staff

The tour was very well organised and tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. Pick up time was changed and very early however enabled us to miss queues and be the first to enter. Would highly recommend to book service was amazing.

It was a very strong experience, I recommend doing it at least once in a lifetime. Our two guides (both for the excursion and for the bus ride), were exhaustive and helpful. The only flaw was the time of the visit moved from 9:00 AM to 5:20 AM; on the other hand, however, it allowed us to visit other destinations that we had planned.

Great services driver was great and tour guide was great

On Monday 17 November, my husband and I booked a guided tour to Auschwitz. I booked it 10 days in advance and was concerned about several negative reviews, but I must say that I do not share this opinion. We had a very impressive day with our guide Anna. She is really wonderful, as is the bus driver Martin, who picked us up on time, is polite and also speaks excellent English. I will definitely recommend you. And thank you, Sara, for your updates and honesty!

Tour was great. Guide was brilliant. BUT WHY CHANGE PICKUP FROM 09:15 TO 05:30am with no explanation at all. This is the equivalent of having to get up at 3.30am uk time to go on a tour at 4.30am uk time. Auschwitz was NOT EVEN OPEN for another 30 minutes after we arrived.

We came to Poland to visit Auschwitz, unfortunately me and my wife left without seeing it. We booked a tour with this tour guide and unfortunately, they made it impossible for us to join the tour. They decided to change the tour time and we could not make said time change. They don't follow their agreed start times and randomly change starting point and start time.

I recommend you stay clear of this travel agency

Absolutely USELESS, I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to give them NONE. They canceled my tour to Auchwicz on 2 different occasions and leaving me NO time to rebook it with a different tour operator.
A shambles of a tour company.

Great tour perfect guide and transport was excellent very polite and knowledgeable

Avoid this tour company. To say this company operates at all, would be an overstatement. They changed the pickup time way earlier that it was due, thus, making it impossible to attend.

From other comments it sounds like I dodged a bullet. This is the same as just grabbing the train and going yourself to the site.

Furthermore, their customer support is atrocious, with one liners as response and they do not offer any alternative.

WOULD NOT USE AGAIN!

We booked an Auschwitz Tour from Krakow three months before our visit at the end of October. The trip to Krakow was mainly so that we could visit Auschwitz.

We booked it through a larger company who obviously use SuperCracow.com as their local provider. We received confirmation of the tour and also received a WhatsApp from Supercracow.com.

Two days before the tour we received an email to say that the trip was cancelled due to “force majeure” This left us with no time to book with another company due to everywhere being fully booked for the time we were in Krakow.

To just say the trip was cancelled and give no reason was very poor. My guess is that they massively overbook on their website and just cancel customers near to the time. Although, from other reviews, stating that some customers had their pick up time changed to 2:30am and then were left without tickets after waiting four hours in the queue it looks like we dodged a bullet!

Admittedly, we received a full refund but to just cancel two days in advance and no reason given is awful. Companies should not accept money for trips if they can’t provide the tickets and the description of what they are offering.
