Brilliant experience from start to finish with the staff. Driver very detailed on what was going to happen during the day. Tour guide was brilliant and descriptied during the tour. Small group of around 25 people. Would reccommend.

Great guides
We got an email the night before telling us the pick up time which was earlier than expected but we were warned about it. Nice air conditioned coach with a guide telling us what was happening & a few facts thrown in. Both guides at the salt mines & Auschwitz were fantastic. It’s a long day but extremely worth it with a good company.

A great poignant trip to Auschwitz
A great poignant trip to Auschwitz. Pick up time changed to slightly later but we were informed the day before so no issues. Picked up from hotel and taken to another meeting point to join coach which was comfortable. Guide was brilliant, had a personal perspective and made the tour.
Would highly recommend. Couldn’t fault the tour. A must for anyone visiting Krakow.

Professional friendly guide
The knowledge and professionalism of Martin our guide for the day made it such a great trip. He showed compassion whilst delivering the history of Auschwitz and timed our trip perfectly. The salt mine was also excellent and our guide was knowledgeable and funny. Both guides had excellent English and there was no language issues.

What a fantastic company
The trip was very well organized, we had an amazing driver and a fantastic guide, Martin.
Martin was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all aspects of both camps, and was very professional in his delivery.
The driver was also very curious towards all members of the coach and was professional on the roads, I would highly recommend.

Worst experience I've had to date. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED.
Not even a star deserves a shame, a shame about the company, we booked tickets departing at 10 am, however the day before the trip in the late morning they inform that they will collect at 5:30 am, that is, I paid more for the collection to have a personalized service and there was nothing personalized about it, on top of that they only sent the message via WhatsApp with this collection era when it was no longer possible to cancel the tour.

Aucshwitz & Birkenau Tour
From start to finish this tour was delivered perfectly. Taxi pick up at hotel and took us to the bus. Seats allocated together on bus as it was full and sorted on first come first serve. Staff were great all handed stickers for groups on bus so we knew which group we were in. Tour guide at Auschwitz was really good, she also joined us at Birkenau. An experience everyone should do so as this part of history is never lost. Great value.
