Despite having ordered regularly I often get confused with the sizing and ordered the wrong size- not for the first time🙄.
I exchanged them for the correct size at the Covent Garden store which was so helpful. Please don’t close your physical shop- there are a few of us who still enjoy going to the really thing !

I have been wearing Superga since childhood and the last few years I have seen that the quality is going downhill. This summer I threw away 3 pairs of summer shoes after 6 years and one year. The sole is so worn out like a person that walked the whole world.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service.
I purchased a pair of shoes at the end of September, but unfortunately, they didn’t fit. I wanted to exchange them right away, but there was no such option available on the website. I had no choice but to return the shoes and place a new order separately.
The company promised that the refund would be processed within 14 days — yet nothing has happened. It has now been far longer than that, and I still haven’t received my money back.
I find this situation completely unacceptable. All the return deadlines have already passed, and I have received no clear update or communication about my refund.
I simply want to get my money back as soon as possible.

Nice little canvas shoes for any outfit!
Shoes came really fast, they match with pretty much every nice dress i have! I wore them on a big day out and I was comfy. No blisters or rubbing like with my usual shoes. Now I did get a 6 but it ended up being half a size too big (my error) but they still feel great. I'll be purchasing again soon!

This was my seventh purchase of footwear from this company. The customer service is first class. The footwear is the most comfortable and the fit perfect. I cannot fault this company nor its footwear. Previously I purchased footwear for my 4 year old grandson at the time and now have passed to my granddaughter. They are robust, super fit for developing feet and stylish. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Quick and efficient service
I received my trainers within a very short time or ordering them online. They are the fifth pair of Superga trainers that I have had, but, because I couldn't find them in any shops on this occasion, it was the first time that I have made an online purchase of them.
