Well, It was finally delivered nearly 7 weeks later. I was kinda given up on that but they did a good job on the keychain tho. I even gave them a four star rating because of the delay. Thank Superlative trends for the late Valentine’s Day gift.

I purchased the Photo Box Cube Multi-layer Explosion Box. Unlike everyone else, I received my order. However, it is far from what I expected. What I got was 18 pieces of black paper and zero instructions and I have no idea how to put this thing together. I emailed a photo of what I had received and requested instructions, it's been two weeks now and no reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I purchased a customised keychain for my partner as a Valentine's Day gift on 02/02/2020 and was given an estimated delivery waiting time of 2 weeks. It's now been eight weeks and I have not received my order.
I was sent two emails and have not received a reply to either.
Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Ordered early january, never got the product. Answer from customer service is copy-paste everytime, saying the product is on its way. Crazy how they are allowed to operate

Ordered end of January, but to this day have not received the box. Everytime I email them regarding the box that is clearly lost in the mail, they send me the same generic email saying the box is on it's way and refer back to my tracking number. However, the tracking number is inactive and has not worked since the very beginning.
After asking for a refund/exchange, the workers were extremely rude in saying that it was past the 1 hour cancellation period in which I'd be able to get my refund...yet I didn't know the box was going to get lost in the mail within the first hour of purchasing it!
Very disappointed. You will not receive the box or your money. Save your money for elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I placed an order January 20th, it’s March 25th still no order in the mail and on top of that I emailed them a total of 6 times with my order number looking for my order and they sent me the same generated email after asking them to just cancel my order and refund my card. They’re not refusing. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, DONT ORDER HERE!!!

i will never purchase anything from this website. hopeless customer service and i never even gave the name to customised item, i wonder how they can produce the item. after 2 mths i still can't get a proper response on my issues above.

It’s been over two months and still havnt arrived. The support team is no help, keeps replying u with the tracking number that wasn’t moving for months. And have the audacity to ask I to be patience after 2 months, when the site states delivered within 2 week, what a joke. Honestly, i have never wrote a review but writing so no one else get scammed.

Do not buy from this company! They overcharge you while the package is being sent from the factory in china. They don’t have any stock here in Europe. What they do is called drop shipping. For me it took five weeks to arrive. The same as aliexpress but only x 18 times more expensive! Just search their products they are on AliExpress.

Its misleading to state that your business is running from the uk but the product is send from china... goodbye deliverytime... the money you pay now is way too much.

Do not buy from this company!!! I orders for valentine's day Feb 4th. It's now nearing the end of March and nothing has come!!!!

I truthfully wish I could give no stars. I am starting to believe this company is a scam. I ordered something for Valentine’s Day and it’s March and I have never received it. This company replies back to emails in a timely manner but does not deliver on their promises.

I do not advise anyone to purchase from this company, you will lose your MONEY!!!

They have horrible communication skills. They were 2 months late and still i havnt received my purchase. And when i asked to have my money back the replay was be patient you order will be shipped soon! There is no a number you can call or a manager to atleast apologize in a good manner! Dont waist your time or money

I placed an order beginning of February and was told I would receive my items in 3-10 business days, it’s been over a month and I still don’t have my items.
I contacted customer service and was told to be patiently, I explained I wanted a refund due to the length I have been waiting and that I no longer needed my items because u had to rebuy them, they refused to refund me or be corporative. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

This is a scam! I never buy from advertisers like them, but I thought the boxes were cute for a gift. I have emailed them repeatedly saying I have not gotten my order. They never provided my tracking information either, but insisted I had received it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Worst ever! My daughter ordered a necklace for her sister for Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived. It’s March! Sent messages and no reply until I said I was going to give bad reviews and then they said it would arrive in 3 days. That was a month ago! Requested my money back and nothing. Never order from here!

I made an order with them and within 5 minutes decided to cancel my order and I requested they cancel and refund my order. Well they ignored me for a while then finally replied that I didn’t cancel within an hour so I wasn’t entitled to a refund. I replied with the screenshots showing I requested a cancellation within 5 minutes and they again ignored me until saying it shipped and that I didn’t cancel within an hour. I sent ANOTHER email demanding the return of the product and a full refund. Again ignored until it was delivered and then told me the item is delivered so no refund and now I’m stuck without the money on a product I never wanted and a company that refuses to communicate or refund an unwanted order.

I ordered 3 of the "Love Explosion " photo holders with no instructions and looking like nothing they advertised. I have emailed 5 times and nothing yet received. I also ordered a key chain and gift box. Key chain arrived and its nice but gift box never did and NZ Post says signed for but the day it was signed for by me I wasnt even at work (delivery address). Trying to email them is useless now and NZ Post want senders details to claim but Superlative wont even do more than email me saying "its been received" Not worth it.
