LIARS! THIEVES!! GROSS SCAMMERS!! HORRIBLE. I am beyond angry!!!. It’s been WEEKS since my order was supposedly shipped. I showed up to my anniversary date empty handed when the company GUARANTEED delivery by February 13th; it is now MARCH 3rd!!! No reply or lies replied to me by company. Seemingly no comprehension of my emails, complete disregard for my requests and concerns, and not in one place on the website does it say that these items are shipping from CHINA! PIECES OF DISRESPECTFUL WASTES OF PAY AND OXYGEN. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!!!! They stole my money!!!!!! I placed a Valentines Day gift order for a keychain, the special box & PRIORITY SHIPPING & INSURANCE!!! I have NEVER received my package, after emailing the company 2 days before Valentines Day, I received an automated email back stating my order was still in the manufacturing process. Then a couple days later I received an email stating my order had been shipped, attached with it was the “tracking #.” When I tried tracking my order it said for almost 2 weeks straight that the label had been made but the package wasn’t in route yet. Now I can’t even track it b/c it says the tracking # is unknown!!! I am very unhappy & am trying to figure out HOW to get my money back from this SCAM!!!!!!!

Very irresponsible. This company steals money.....This is the worst bloody company! I ordered 2 items and I have not heard a thing and I haven’t received anything! I emailed them as it’s been over 3 months since the purchase and I have not heard anything back! They stole my money and it looks like they’re stealing everyone else’s! If I can report this company to police.. I will!!!...........Rascal.....

Very irresponsible. This company steals money. It has been a month since I have made my order and my item has not shipped yet. I have contacted them in instagram and email but NOTHING!
I also paid extra for priority shipping! DO NOT BECOME THEIR VICTIM AND PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SUPERLATIVE TRENDS!

I ordered $60 of items from them, also paid extra for priority shipping and they have a 30-day guarantee.
It has been almost 45 days,
I just received an email saying that 1 of my 3 items has now been shipped,
I have emailed them 5 times over the last 6 weeks asking for order progress and even to cancel my order and provide me with a refund,
No one got back to me about these emails and they are now continuing to go ahead with the order.
Superlative Trends are crap company with no respect or thought for their customers.
I will never recommend them and hope they get shut down soon.

I'll give them 0 if I can. I ordered the rose bear for my gf and expecting to be in a "good quality", not prefect but decent one. I received the product after 3 weeks because it was make in China. It came in a cheap plastic bag instead any source of box, I was like ok, maybe the custom opened it. Then I check the rose bear, the quality is so bad, there are gaps all over the bear. It is basically a foam base with plastic rose petals on it. I like how the website said there is only a few left when I requested for my refund (which they never replied), you were told that these products are "order to make" and cannot be refunded. The 30 days money back guarantee is just a lie. The quality is not even close to the pictures you advertised on your page. Oh, on top of that forget about leaving comment on their page because it was progress to ignore your comment and it will never show on their page.

Updates: so I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and the company asked me to send the product back, but the address is international. The return address is somewhere in UK, so it will cost me more to ship it back then my refund. That's how this low life scammer get your money. If you looked up the address, its a house somewhere in UK. Not a company or anything. Lesson learn.

They are a scam... look up their address for exchange on google maps: 62 Vicarage Rd, Ware SG12 7BE, UK (random house in the UK) their email address is a fake address for customer service.

I saw them on Instagram... and I have contacted them several times and no response but they are online posting at all times and they cant even get back to me! I will notify Instagram also!

Would give no star if it was possible. Communication from the company was virtually non existent. I sent off for the calendar keychain as a valentines day present for someone special and it never arrived, and I heard nothing back from them. I would think you should save your money and shop elsewhere. Scam, scam, scam....thank goodness for Paypal.....

Wish I checked the reviews before I ordered!!! This is the first time I order from an unknown place like this and it SUCKS. I haven’t received my item yet and they keep installing but looking at the reviews looks like I should forget about it as they seem like a bunch of thieves.

I honestly don’t understand how a company could be so bad. These people don’t care about their customers, they care about dollar signs. They’re a bunch of immoral thieves. I ordered on January 23. After multiple emails similar to what others have said, I JUST got an email saying my order has shipped. Who the hell even knows if it will arrive and (based off what I’ve read here) what the quality of the product will actually be.

Totally wasted my money on there company don't do the same mistake. I ordered January 7th is February 21st and haven't heard anything from them at all. This is stupid company that cant do their job right. Don't order from them.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered on Feb 1st, and still haven't received my order that was for valentine day. This place has no customer service number. It appears they're getting people money and not sending their items. How are they still in business??? DONT order from here, as you can see they have the worse reviews. All of us aren't complaining here for no reason. Yes the website have nice items... but chances are, you may never get them... If I were you, move along. #unsatisfied customer.

I ordered a personalized keychain for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day and I ordered it on January 31st. I got an email about a week later saying that due to the coronavirus they were shutting down their Factory for 7 days to check out all their workers and make sure they were okay. Dial finally a week and a half late by after that and I emailed three or four times with no response. I finally got a couple of responses back and wish they told me to send information regarding my purchase and only thing I ever got at the beginning was a confirmation number but I never got a tracking number and nothing saying that the package was shipped. They told me twice is that it was in the manufacturing process and it would be shipped soon and it's been almost another week and I still haven't seen an email for a tracking number and still have not gotten my package. This is an absolute scam do not buy anything from these jerks

As everyone else has said - no response to emails. Ordered a gift several weeks ago based on a sponsored ad on Instagram. Money was withdrawn from my account that same day. I have yet to receive a response to my emails to the company. Complete scam.

I ordered on JANUARY 26th... sent them 3 emails and they finally answered saying “oh there is high demand and we will send you tracking number soon”. They have not. Thank god I saw other people having these issues. I really wanted to get their necklace for Valentine’s Day, but I have this feeling they just hope people forget and get free money out of waiting and waiting.

I will be contacting paypal and linking this to them, so that they hopefully, stop doing business with them. I saw their ad pop up for a necklace, that I really wanted for Valentine’s Day for my significant other. Thank god I got back up things because this website is absolutley garbage and a scam. Unfortunately trustpilot only goes to a 1, I would straight up give these guys a negative number if I could.

Ordered a keychain for my boyfriend a month before Valentine's Day. Never recieved the item. Email, no response.

I ordered a custom key-chain that was supposed to have my boyfriend and I anniversary on it. They key-chain came with the wrong date, and I immediately contacted them. The item was a gift for valentines day to my boyfriend. I ordered item a month before I needed it so that I could ensure it would arrive on time. They did not respond and it was hard for me to contact them via social media. They have their comments disabled on the various social media platforms, especially Instagram-no doubt because of complaints they surely get for quality and customer service. I attempted to contact them again with full information over the next week and they finally sent an email asking me to give them the same details of the order I had given them. This was the last correspondence I got from them since. I ended up filing a claim against them with paypal (thank god I paid using them-I ALWAYS recommend that people pay with paypal, especially if they are not familiar with a business). After about a month of my initial claim, paypal responded that they could not get in contact with superlative trends and refunded me my money. I hope that they get so many complaints against superlative trends that paypal eventually stops doing business with them and they will finally get their company together. Wish I could give 0 stars, but that isn't an option
