Packing of sea glass is very poor. I have lost sea glass.

This is the second order I have placed through SuperMoss and both times, the packages of sea glass where broken inside the boxes and glass was leaking out of the box. I would think that your shipping staff would know that with shipping heavy items, there should be bubble wrap inside the box to prevent packages from splitting open. Both times I have lost sea glass. I likely won't order from you again because of this.

Inefficient Ordering

We have a wholesale account but needed an expedited order and were told by a sales rep placing a retail order would get it out the door faster, so we did that even though it would cost more. However, because we used the same email address for the order confirmation associated with the wholesale account, it was processed to that account, but at the retail price, and delayed fulfillment. When the anticipated arrival date came and went, we found the order was still in process and had not been shipped and therefore would miss the deadline for the event we needed the items for. We called customer service to cancel the order and request a refund to which they said they would accommodate. We thought the issue was resolved at this point but instead, we received a shipping notification several hours later. We replied to the confirmation to please not proceed as we no longer needed the items but no one replied and we are now sitting on materials that we paid extra for and can no longer use. We will continue to order from SuperMoss but this whole experience was a failure in our book from placing the order to lack of follow-through with customer service.

UPDATE: After hearing about our experience, the SuperMoss sales team reached out and worked with us to remedy the issue.

Order mix-up

After a mix up in shipping my order, the manager cleared it up within about a week. I love the product, especially the value and quality! Now I have more ideas than what I have time for, but that is a good thing!

planter pot was delivered broken

one pot was delivered broken, shipping box was in good shape so packaging was inadequate to protect contents. Returns/refunds email has gone unanswered.

Amazing customer service

I was a first time customer with many questions after viewing the website, however after sending an email with my inquiry to the customer service help desk I was responded very quickly by a very helpful employee named Samantha!
