Unauthorized Charges – SCAM!
I recently found unauthorized charges on my credit card linked to Supernatural Man. These transactions were completely unauthorized and unfamiliar to me, amounting to $170.13 and $317.79 USD respectively. I only became aware of these transactions upon reviewing my bank statement. I have never visited their website, purchased their products, or had any interaction with this merchant before.
What exacerbates the situation is the extremely disappointing customer service I've received. Despite my clear communication that the transactions were unauthorized, the responses from their support team have been dismissive and unhelpful. It seems like they might be involved in fraudulent activities themselves, as I repeatedly informed them I made no purchases, yet they insist, "your order has already been shipped."
