Good service. Only reason for four starts is there wasn't a single paper in English. I had to figure all data transfer and set up by myself.

They put non stock item on website and refuse to refund. You have to wait untill they have stock. Bad experience

Good communications. When ordered item found to be not available offered equivalent phone in different colour. That worked out fine. Delivery of item was prompt. Odd inclusion of receipt for an Asian telecommunications licence with documentation. Not really clear what that is for.

Despite some confusion as to when the product was sent, I am more than happy overall with my purchase, which is everything that had been described by Supero. So I would gladly purchase again from this supplier.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro Dual Sim…
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro Dual Sim ordered. Overall I was happy with the ordering process, delivery and the phone itself. My only disappointment was that the NZ adapter plug provided (the phone was an international model) was of such low quality as to be unusable. The pins were loose and it wouldn't stay in the socket due to the sloppy fit. I could also hear arc coming from the plug. Based on that I chucked it.
Parallel Importers
Site looks like they have NZ stock but it's not. It's direct shipped from off-shore and packaged with a throwaway power adaptor. Parallel importer. That all said, the price is good and the shipping was fast despite it being off-shore. I just wish their site was a bit clearer on this so I could have made a more informed decision. I think they are deliberately vague about "NZ stock" to capture your dollars. Also offshore stock means no warranty is most cases. Beware!!

Same old story
Ordered a iPhone on 15 Nov for Xmas.
When you place the order you receive an email saying the order will be dispatched in 1-3 working days. I noticed after placing my order the phone now shows out of stock. It is 29 Nov and the phone has yet to be posted. From what I have read in other reviews it seems that they frequently list products they do not have in stock on the website. I have reached out to Supero via their website contact portal and emails five times without reply, also the 022 phone number listed on their website doesn't connect to anyone. If you doubt anything I have written, ring their number or send them an email before making purchase and see for yourself. 1 star is more than they deserve, they literally took my money and I have received nothing in return.
My experience with Supero (not positive)
I filed a claim due to the issue with the Homepod a month ago. My Homepod lost bass 1 month ago after 23 months. And it is still within 2 years warranty. The suggestion from Supero is to ask Apple to get support. So, I rang Apple service. They helped to identify my Homepod should not be sold in New Zealand. The local technician confirmed it is a hardware failure. Also, Apple confirmed that my Homepod was listed/supplied by US Best Buy. It is out of Apple's return policy. The Supero sales/support guy reply my emails at the beginning and said they try to contact the 3rd party. The last email I have is from 12 Nov.
I don't recommend anyone to purchase from Supero.

Phones were out of stock but still selling on website
I purchased a Phone and you didnt advise me that you no longer had it in stock. 2 weeks later when I inquired about it you told me. I then ordered another model and waited 2 more weeks with the tracking you had given me going nowhere. Again I had to inquire about it only to find DHL had not even received the ph to send. I then asked for a refund. I would not be recommending this company, especially since haing a .cp.nz website that really implies you are located in NZ and thet is not the case.
Good value for money
I ordered a phone and it was here in 3/4 days from overseas. Cheaper than any local provider. The GST and import duty were included in the price. The only minor issue is that I got an NZ plug extension for the standard EU plug for the charger. That is not an issue.

Phone is brand new in sealed case. Have to say that fast shipping and the fact its brand new has made my day and I will definetly order my next mobile from Supero again :-) Thanks Damian for keeping me in the loop about shipping!!!
