Did I just lose $600? Downright disappointing...

Downright disappointing. After ordering an item on their web page's 3-7 day's shipping guarantee (7 working days ago!) I have received no tracking number - despite their promise to do so by email, shortly after sending me an order confirmation - which I did receive.

The two emails I sent to request an update have not been answered, and the phone number on their site doesn't seem to be working.

Unfortunately, Supero's customer care policies, processes, and procedures are among the worst I've ever experienced. Despite the professional-looking dispatch and shipping promises made on their website, it is my experience that none are actually kept and honoured.

So far, not an experience I'd like to repeat. I'll now be waiting to see if my $600 product actually will arrive...

While SUPERO can be a bit of a Phantom,

While SUPERO can be a bit of a Phantom,
that is, not a lot of banter to and fro,
the goods that have come my way from SUPERO
have been superb.
Everything has been packed well, their prices are
below the competition.
They are reliable
I have spent my money over many years comfortable
in the fact that SUPERO will come through I have not been jerked around.
The review date is given by this machine is not the last purchase my latest is around the 18/02/2026.
A very happy Chappy is me.

Bad Communication

Have had a lot of trouble with Supero. They have been emailed to try and sort a warranty for a faulty phone that is still under warranty. Have received no response from them. Wouldn't recommend!

Dodgy

I would proceed with caution when using Supero. Purchased a phone in New Zealand. The phone arrived and worked but has broken within 2 years.

The website states phones have a 2 year warranty. I have sent them 4 emails in 6 weeks and received no response at all. Very frustrating. It may be cheaper but so far they don't seem to honour their warranty.

Feeling scammed.

UPDATE:
It has been 2 weeks since the day that I was supposed to receive my order, and almost 4 weeks since I made the purchase. Still nothing....

I bought a product and paid for faster shipping so I could get it 1 week before I actually needed it.

Didn’t send confirmation until I followed up, no shipping details, after being over 1 week late and now the item is completely pointless, multiple emails and the contact number never working I have still not received anything. No apology, no updates, no item.

It would have been fine if they communicated delays so I could find a solution, but they never reply!

Better off spending your money elsewhere.

I ordered a Samsung fold 6 at an awesome price but there is a delay with delivery

I ordered a Samsung fold 6 which I love. The issue was how long it took to get delivered. I understand the business of the Christmas period but on the 26th December my order was to be processed in 1 to 3 days but it took 3 messages and about 6 weeks to get here. So yes the price is amazing and the phone is perfect but don't expect quick delivery especially at busy times of the year. I would like to thank the guy who replied to my messages to reassure me that the phone was coming.

Genuine camera lens, well packaged

Genuine product unopened in original packaging. Very well packaged. Simply give it a few weeks, and it'll show up. I was very impressed that my signature was required this gives peace of mind, as the item cost over a thousand dollars

They offer Pixel Phones clearly making a difference between US or Japan version. Bought the US version, they shipped the JP version. They just dont care

Good price but bad communication

The price for some articles is very competitive.
The article was described as being in stock, which was not true. (Maybe it was in stock in Hong Kong). It supposed to be shipped withing 1 to 3 days, which was not true. Tracking information only became available after several emails.

I thought I was getting scammed

Honestly thought I was getting scammed. No tracking or any update from the seller, ignored many emails and has a disconnected phone listed on their website.
Phone arrived in the end but was not worth the risk to save $100.

Buyer Beware!

I have bought 5 phones from Supero due to price and delivery speed. However the last phone I ordered in April 2024. Took several days longer to arrive and he was very slow to reply to my emails. I almost got Visa to cancel the transaction but the phone arrived that day. However I am now very wary. See other recent reviews. Buyer Beware.

Do not do it too yourself!

Do not do it too yourself!
It may seem cheaper, but trust me, you will be wishing you spent the extra money.
Takes an absolute age to get anything, and customer correspondence is shockingly poor, you will not get updates, you will not get replies, you will think they have stolen your money!
