I purchased a phone from them 2yrs ago, messaged through their website and emailed several weeks ago now and have had no response from them whatsoever. So disappointing!! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Supero. After ordering a phone, not only did the product fail to arrive, but the company completely refused to communicate with me. They made repeated promises about providing a tracking number, but that never materialized. Every time I followed up, I was ignored altogether. To make matters worse, the delivery times they promised were missed with no explanation or apology. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this store. This level of service is unacceptable.

Terrible communication
Terrible communication, no courier updates. Really hard to get any information, almost applied for a full refund. Was a bit of a headache of an experience. Good prices but the hassle isn’t worth it.

Well... I couldn't figure out why I couldn't see the option to turn off the camera sound on my pixel7 pro... YouTubed, Google searched...Turns out the phone I was sent was intended for Japan region I am in NZ...so what you say well looking on other forums you cannot turn this feature off if in Japan...which is really annoying...I have emailed them to see if they have a work around for it cause I thought it was not an option for the country I was in...but alas tumble weed...some would say crickets..a colleague of mine has the same phone and a techy and was able to fine this information out for me..his option is visible but his intended region is Aus, Us and another country... bit disappointed to be honest cause I love it! But what else am I not seeing given the phone is intended for Japan:(

Started having problems with my phone a few months after purchase. Emailed multiple times to ask about warrantee with no response. Tried calling the number supplied on their website and it just has an automated voice saying they can't take your call and to email them. You'll probably get your product, but if there is an issue good luck!
Buy your products elsewhere.
Appalling, honestly what does it take to provide basic communication with the buyer especially when they're purchasing an expensive product. Had to constantly follow up with customer service if you want to call it that to get updates of which I have had to send multiple emails to even get a reply. Still no updates to where the product is or even a tracking number. Still waiting for delivery a month later.
Excellent product as described, communication subpar
This phone is simply superb (Pixel 8 Pro). I got the Japanese version from Supero. I checked on the Google Japan website using Google translate and it's a genuine phone. The camera shutter noise is the only main difference and that is not even a minor bother. Supero delivered the product in the timeframe specified, however their communication was subpar, in fact very very little and tracking did not start until a week after the order was processed. Team Supero, please take these comments as constructive as you have a lot to offer and communicating in a better fashion will help consumer trust, cheers, Steve

Ordered my phone, had it arrive in only a few working days. This is the second phone I've ordered through Supero. No problems either time. I will not hesitate to get my next phone through them.
Multiple shipping times stated was not met
Shipping time stated was not met. Answered some of my emails. Two subsequent shipping date assurances were not met. Only when I raised a dispute with PayPal did I get eventually the shipping information which said it had been arranged and shipped days before. Would have been nice to know. In the mean time thinking this was dodgy I had bought another elsewhere which turned up well before this. It eventually did arrive. Worth returning then? On that experience no.
