I've bought a number of expensive…

I've bought a number of expensive camera bodies and lenses from Supero over the years and when you do that online there's always a little doubt as to whether the goods turn up. With Supero they have always delivered and are my go to place for camera lenses.

Supero

Delivery was faster then expected. Could be better with there communication and tracking. Found out after the 7th or 5th day that they had been flooded which is why no contact had been made.
Tracking never got updated until it reached New Zealand but I still got it really quickly which I was amazed by.

Overall:

1. My thoughts:

I would definitely buy off them again this phone is great and I got it at a awesome price.

2. Shipping tracking:

Definitely needs a bit more effort put into it.
I was a bit worried for awhile there specially since I had no communication after spending over a thousand dollars on a item.

3. Communication:

Overall it definitely needs work on. They do care by the sounds of it which is nice. They had some flooding issues apparently so I had to rethink my thoughts a bit.
Could still probably use someone that deals with customer emails on a daily.
Regardless if there at work or not would be nice.

beware don't use these scam artists

if you purchase anything then ensure you are protected via credit card or paypal. If you're lucky you'll get your order, if you're even more lucky it will work.
Don't trust their warranty.
Don't be pulled in by their cheap prices, you're potentially throwing your cash down the drain.
Don't use this company. You have been warned!! This comes from first hand experience

product was good - shipping sucks balls!!

product was good, actually great - but shipping is their weak point...had to really chase them for a tracking number...when i did get tracking, and called DHL, the number was assigned prior to pickup, and still hadn't been even shipped weeks after purchase. my assumption is they intend well, but are so disorganized that product sits around un-shipped until a customer screams loud enough.

Good service and great price, great product.

I ordered a Pixel 7 Pro from Supero, and received it after a couple of weeks from the Hong Kong warehouse. The phone is as described, at a very good price compared to other suppliers. The only thing I would improve would be the tracking notifications, as I didn't receive updates till I mailed to ask. Then teh phone was there the following day.

Well where do I start!

Well where do I start!
We have a fault with our OnePlus 10 phone purchased in February 2023 from Supero online where it would drop all connection with the SIM card. This was mainly in rural areas, but sometimes in rural townships also. We contacted Supero who sent the phone back to China for testing, which surprised us as they advertise they are based in NZ.
After a long 4 months of many emails to ask 'What is Happening" as no contact from them, with sometimes a basic reply, other times no reply at all, We get the phone back absolutely the same, being advised simply 'we tested it and it works, phone returned'. Bull, on our First use of the phone it dropped SIM connection in a 4G area in Matamata town no less.
I don't even think they tested it properly, just in their city workshop where it would work fine.
I am just disappointed with their lack of, well everything. And still our phone is not usable.
DO NOT buy from them if you want any type of after sales service. They don't care, they have your original purchase, done, move on. Terrible!

everything is good with not the shortest shipping

You know, I read these comments and figured that shipping would take some time. And that's alright, I was in no rush. I didn't order at a busy time, so took about 3 weeks. Had I ordered from AliExpress it would have taken longer most likely.
So I prepared myself for that and all is well. Phone's brand new original and at an insanely good price.
My pixel 7 pro is a Japanese model, I recently learned that's the reason why I can't turn off the shutter sound of the camera.

Phone Purchase

Good communication with the order and questions I had before making the purchase. A few delays with the shipping as device wasn't in stock in New Zealand. I'm happy with the phone it has been working well.

Good price, slow shipping.

2nd time purchasing from here. Service is OK but you can ignore the delivery times on the website. Both my orders were at least double the delivery time. Price is really sharp though so can't complain too much.
