BBQ Mat ...from China!

Ordered a BBQ mat based on an advertising film I saw on Facebook. After complaining that my order remained unprocessed for more than a week was told it had something to do with my address! Anyway, 3 weeks later I get this thin plastic thing from China wrapped in a garbage bad and heavily damaged in the post. It is not the same thing I saw in the film, and I found the Ebay site where it sells the same thing for $2.42 a PAIR. I paid €10 for ONE from Superprix! When I complained, I was told they are not Ebay and that their website explains that their products come from other countries. Customer Support is fast and courteous but that is not what you pay for. Superprix is a Super RipOff!
