The idiot they taken way the back trip and it’s ended for only one way OMG
I I called them they say oh sorry the website was in reparation sorry we can’t help you you have to buy new back trips because you doint payed the assurance hahahaha idiotisk really

I used their website to book my flight

I used their website to book my flight. I wanted to change my return ticket. calling them 6 times at least and each time after waiting at least 40 min on the phone, they were telling me there is an issue with their connection to airline. They were promising each time to come back to me in 48hrs. Never happened. absolutely garbage travel agency. Don't get deceived by their cheap prices they show in their website.
I never recommend them to anyone.

Useless at customer service. Avoid!

I've been trying to call them for few weeks now. Today I finally managed to talk to someone after 2 hours waiting and I was being told that they can't rebook me because of technical problems. I ask him to call me back or email me back and it's against their policy. Come on Supersaver.fr, we are in 2020. What kind of customer service is that? Can't you tell people on the answering machine that you've got today a technical problem and it's better to call tomorrow? No, you let people wait over the phone.....My booking is KWZ6YA. Please call me or email me at least!!!

Not fulfilling responsibilities!

I've been calling customer service since the 9th of February to arrange alternative flights because the air companies we booked with are no longer flying through Shanghai due to the coronavirus. I was assured that an alternative had been found, only to call Wednesday the 12th to find out nothing had been done. Supersaver tried to get us to call our airlines, saying it was their fault, but that's a lie, they know very well that the airlines cannot change the booking : it is Supersaver's job and responsibility. I was told on Wednesday that the problem was escalated to a "higher service" and to call back on the 14th. I called back and NOTHING had been done, once again. It's now Sunday the 16th and I just spent over an hour on the phone, transferred to 3 different people, before finally Supersaver hung up on me! We have also been contacted by one of the airlines to say that Supersaver have not yet paid the money we paid on to the airlines. I demand answers, the level of customer service is non existant, Supersaver are not fulfilling their responsibilities, and why haven't the airlines been paid?

I lost 160$ compared to the price of the same flights if I had purchased them on the Turkish Airlines website

I bought multi-destination flights and the currency was switched from US$ to €. I called as soon as my bank SMSed me the amount (about 45 minutes after the purchase for a flight bought 3 months ahead of departure) and they denied everything. I lost 160$ compared to the price of the same flights if I had purchased them on the Turkish Airlines website! Nothing I can do now...

EVITEZ ABSOLUMENT DE RESERVER AVEC EUX. Je n'ai jamais connu pire service. J'écris mon commentaire en anglais pour être sûre que SUPERSAVER comprenne.

De toute façon, le service client soit disant francophone ne comprend qu'un tiers de ce que vous dites, et vice versa. Même en anglais, on échange avec un mur. Tout se fait aussi à l'oral pour qu'il n'y ait pas de trace de leur incompétence.

Absolute worse! I have never experienced anything as such.
- Emails, and online contact forms were NEVER answered.
- Hours waiting on the phone to be attended (both the french and english speaking lines were useless).
- Still waiting for our money back.

They refuse to follow up in writing, or email the quotes they give you - so you have no proof of their incompetence.

I booked a flexible ticket to go to Sri Lanka in April-May. After the attacks, I had to advance my return. We spent hours and hours waiting on the phone, to get no help at all. Supersaver asked us to follow up ourselves with Qatar+Sri Lankan airlines (again hours on the phone), until Sri Lankan advised us to cancel our supersaver ticket and buy a new one. They were seat available on the plane, but the surpersaver ticket wouldn't give us access to them - even by paying extra. Meanwhile, Supersaver offered us ridiculously high prices to re-book compared to the original airline offers. The entire operation is a scam.

Sri lankan cancelled the original ticket and did all there was to be done for Supersaver to reimburse us. We called again and waited online for hours without a clear answer, supersaver sending us back to Sri Lankan. We are still waiting for our money back.

I am considering filing a complaint with the consumer protection authorities.
