Love supersavvy app very easy used and look amazing the product

Supersavvyme seemed like a great idea. A company that produces brands that I used to sample more of their creations. Two years after watching endless video adds (cue the clockwork orange gif ) and questionnaires I thought there must be more depth from a firm ? Oh- also we need to invite even more people onto the platform. My 4110 points I built up I was happy as they introduced a gift catalogue to be rewarded. They WIPED my points to 410 so nothing was available to enjoy. I was suspicious that the leader board on their app were always the same people with only a few changing occasionally using their app. In a nutshell if you want to spend forever on the app logging in every day to perhaps getting the option to trial something, I’ve had one sachet. Proof is in the results. I put two years of effort in, personal emails sent to me to apply for products and nothing. Quite simply you give them everything and get nothing. It’s literally a lottery for your time every day!
It’s a non productive. Two years for a sachet of laundry liquid.

I recently received a free sample of fairy washing tabs and fabric softener after entering on the super savvy app.i have tried this and it is the best washing liquid and fabric softener I have used. The clothes still smell fresh after being in the wardrobe

Seems the same people are selected all the time! Hardly very fair! Best avoided!

Selling your data. Like all not very savvy people signed up and immediately started to receive scam messages of appointments with "beauticians" - clearly the website set up to collect and re-sell free data. I can't believe I fell for it. Sent request to their "care department" requesting immediate removal of my account, any data associated with my account including preferences. We will see if this website need to be reported for violation of my request

Started to wonder if this is a sell your details scam site as you never receive any items..

Great 👍 app you learn a lot of things about products, plus you do reviews 😀 on your on products & if your lucky enough you get to review something from #supersavvy 🤩. It's great 👍 how you learn so much through reviews

Unbelievable that Procter & Gamble is behind sending spam aka "bargains" for which I never signed up. No notification how they got hold of my details in the first place.

I won the fairy challenge could not wait to receive my big bundle a fairy as I do love this conditioner waited and waited nothing arrived 15 days past I contacted customer services advise me to wait a further 10 days as there was a lot to send out contacted them again today to be told they cannot supply me with a tracking reference why if goods have been sent out with Hermes there will be a tracking reference but they cannot give this to me and I will not now get my kit as they cannot do anything about it because the challenge is nearly over this is absolutely disgusting the first time I have won with being with super savvy over a year and I do not get my kit it makes me think that they just pick winners to make you think you've one to continue to do everything they ask you to do on a daily basis and then do not send out the free gifts they have been given for people to test I am absolutely disgusted with customer services and no one seems to want to help me

I joined supersavvyme a few years ago and took a while to receive items to review. I have received a few items now and they have been fantastic and very understanding if you are struggling with how to write reviews, they send out information on best ways to give your honest opinions on samples and have a fantastic customer care team that reply back very quickly.

Never have had anything to review or try in the years i have been registered. I keep getting the e-mails, I keep filling in the surveys items I buy similar to I never get to try. Been registered for years and not a single item to try or review. No vouchers to buy or use. Other better sites to use.

I think people are getting confused with the app “super savvy” and the website “super savvy me” this is the website which is great !

So far Iv been picked to test toothpaste, cleaning spray and fairy non bio.
You get a full sized product and sometimes minis to give to friends and family, you also get vouchers for money off.
All you have to do it ask to be part of the testing then test it out and do a review. Tell your friends and family and let them try theres. You can post about the products on social media which they love (I did this once) but you don’t have to if you don’t have it.

Overall I love this site and I’m gutted when I’m not picked as I love getting involved. Even my family are asking when is my next test! 😂

Total rubbish this app keep getting error messages on total waste

Fed up with getting error messages from this app it won’t always give me the points for logging in each day
Have contacted them so many times and keep getting Lily who says it will be looked at but I never get the missing points.
Now I am being asked to login and when I do I keep getting the message”oops there is a problem” Really helpful NOT I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but still keep getting “oops” it’s a waste of space on my iPad Will be deleting permanently

We wrote many reviews, expecting free samples. However we did not receive free samples because special offers were not in effect for the brands we reviewed. This restriction was not made clear on their website, and we feel cheated.

I never get anything?
I've been on there for months and I've been sent a single item ...but I know people who get sent things all the time

Will be deleting the app, its a waste of storage space if you ask me.

Rubbish !!! Had my first freebie to try the flash power mop and then suddenly was kicked out of the app last couple of weeks I've had to changed the password to still no avail endless spam messages from them and tbh the harassment I got pestering me to spam my social media showing off a mop was too much I've uninstalled
the app I would avoid .

Fab first experience with SuperSavvyMe! I have just tested Lenor Outdoorables (which is honestly fantastic!). The support pack was great and I’ve been able to share samples and money off coupons with my friends and family. Looking forward to more opportunities!
