First order with superspares. Ordered Bosch because I wanted the best. Parts were in stock and all was good. Next day im informed none in stock for months and how about a generic brand. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: I have been contacted by Superspares and am being refunded original purchase so customer service is definately good.

Excellent customer servicer

When I discovered I had been billed in USD instead of AUD I was not happy. I provided feedback to Superspares that, in their Facebook advertising, there seemed to be insufficient transparency a consumer would be charged in USD. Whilst they said it was too late to cancel the order, they acknowledged my complaint and advised that if I was not satisfied with the product, to let them know. This I did and they refunded the cost of the product, in full. Their communication was extremely professional during our interactions.

Prompt service and have received an Aramex tracking number all good just waiting for the goods, did put the tracking number in and had a error message but will try again. All sorted now estimated delivery 31/12/2025 2 weeks from eastern states to Perth over Xmas pretty good.

A MAF sensor, listed as instock - really? And yet - This tiny part took 2 full weeks to arrive @ Gold Coast. My Car off the road :(, for 14 days

5 stars for the part working, but deduct 3 stars for totally useless slow dispatch, shipping, no packaging protection. Box arrived crushed. Good luck guys.

Communication was poor when chasing up parts, forgetting to get back to me, telling me the package will be a priority but not keeping me in the loop and constantly having to chase it up. Also, instead of waiting for the parts from another warehouse to turn up to their warehouse to then send it to me, I don’t know why they could not have just sent the parts from the other warehouse straight to me. I was told they would put a priority on my order (was supposed to be sent to me yesterday finally) but then was told this:

Hi Sonia,

Upon checking, due to large volume of orders the courier was not able to include your order on the shipment.

We deeply apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you however I will be closely monitoring your order and ensure it can be shipped out by tomorrow.

Your understanding and patience is greatly appreciated and if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

This isn’t the first time I have ordered through you guys and got the run around. I ordered my parts on the 3rd Dec and it still hasn’t been sent.

Genuine parts at the right price. Very happy with my purchase of hard to source parts.

If you’re purchasing parts from super spares and you’re joyfully provided with a “free shipping” indicator on the store page then checkout, then shipping estimation, then shipping confirmation and then purchase confirmation… don’t believe it or you’ll be in for a nice surprise when you’re contacted (from the same email contact that had been asking for parts details for the kit, on the same message string, not a seperate email, scam or fishing attempt, the literal subsidiary that is organising the purchase) and promptly notified that the warehouse team realised the website was completely wrong and they want you to pump in another third of the value of your purchase if you actually want to get your product.
Unsure if this is a legitimate choice of business practice or a machine oversight but either way this is the last time I’ll be using this company, they managed to send my trust out the door before the item I purchased.

The items I ordered that were in stock arrived quickly and in good order. The team have been very responsive and helpful with information regarding my purchase.

Phone help wasn't helpful would have liked to talk to a real person not told to order on line
