Still waiting on order details and they just ghost you until you give up

I like the way they presented the shirts and sizes

I haven’t received it yet, but the website seems legit and I didn’t see any obvious signs of a scam
Edit: I recited my order within a reasonable time and it runs a bit smaller, but I like my shirts being in the smaller side. Overall I’m happy with my purchase!

Genuinely the designs are seriously some of the coolest I’ve seen! Everything looks clean, unique, and really well put together. I can’t wait to get my hands on some of these and see them in person. Definitely excited to order and add them to my collection!

I love the shirts

I ordered a shirt back in May 5th and now it’s August. After two weeks, I sent an email requesting for an update or a refund and received nothing back besides a notification that it was “shipped”. Still nothing. When I check my order on the website, it says that it can’t be found even though I have a verified purchase. I want my money back.

Ordered 10 working days ago. Website says they will dispatch in 3-4 days. I've written 4 or 5 emails, never received and answer from them, but get their newsletters on a daily basis. Have no idea about anything, is the item in stock, is it a scam. Absolutely ridiculous.
Should have read the reviews before ordering.

Poor quality - doesn't match item description online. Sizing is way off. Then when you attempt to do a return, they try to discourage you and say it'll cost you more to return and reorder (paying shipping for both), so you should just take their 30% discount and order something new. Uh, no, I'm trying to send back your crap clothes. I don't want more of them.

I highly advise everyone to stay far away from Super Suits. I placed two separate orders with them on June 30 and July 2, and received absolutely zero shipping updates or tracking information. After sending multiple emails attempting to resolve the issue or cancel my orders, I was completely ignored by their customer service team.

After being ghosted via email, I finally managed to get a response from them through Instagram. They conveniently claimed that my June 30 order had "already shipped" and therefore could not be refunded, despite me never receiving the item or any proof of shipment. For my second order, instead of a full refund for an item I haven't received, they had the nerve to offer me a 20% partial refund.

If you are currently waiting on an order from this company, **contact your bank immediately and file a dispute for a chargeback**. Do not waste your time waiting for their customer service to make things right. I urge you to get your money back ASAP, stay away from these guys, and spread the word to anyone else who might be thinking of purchasing from them.
