One star off because there seems to be a consistent error with tracking— it directs to a blank site.
For me, I ordered a M size men’s long sleeve Viltrumite shirt. I ordered it on June 5th, 2026, and it arrived on June 15th, 2026. The shirt is as expected, and with express shipping it didn’t take as long as some of the other reviews say. I did become nervous that my order was a scam, but I got an email when I requested a cancellation saying they had already shipped it. That response was maybe 1 day after the initial email, so pretty good response time.
Overall, if you’ve already ordered your order is probably safe. If you haven’t ordered yet, I’d say it’s fine to order from SuperSuits.

My shirt came within a few weeks it just fits slightly uncomfortably but I probably just ordered a size down. 🤝

I think these guys are basically crooks.
At best they're trying to run a company with no stock but misleading customers into placing orders and then making them wait until the order is made in some crappy Chinese factory and dispatching it 3 to 4 weeks later.
I emailed these guys 4 times 3 to 4 weeks after I placed my order telling them to cancel my order and send me a refund. They ignored every email, instead telling me my order was already being picked.
Contrary to my multiple requests the T-Shirt arrived after 5 weeks and we were further disappointed with the quality of it.
I demanded a return and full refund at which point they offered me a 10% then 20% discount to keep the garment. I eventually agreed to a 50% refund which they have still not sent to me.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I should disclose that my bank have given me a 100% refund and are pursuing Supersuits bank for same.

I never received my package. They said it was delivered but never took a picture and when I tried to send camera footage to prove my package wasn’t delivered after they refused to take responsibility they either blocked or reported me for spam. Screw this company, don’t buy shit from them

I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I ordered two sweatpants months ago and was repeatedly told that my order would be shipped once the items were back in stock.

When the products finally became available again, you assured me that my order would be sent — but that never happened. Now the items are out of stock again, and instead of fulfilling my original order, you’re asking me to choose something else.

On top of that, I’m now being told that I can neither receive my order nor get a refund. This is completely unacceptable and honestly feels unlawful.

Ordered 4 compression shirts on April 14 it’s April 30th and it hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent multiple emails asking to be updated and haven’t been responded to. I want a refund or my order

DONT BUY ITS A SCAM

Ordered on 28th of February, still havent received anything, they called back the order and did’t want to refund it when I asked for it. The support just feeds you with «we will fix this» without any actual fixing. DO NOT TRUST AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I’m already waiting longer then 1 month and still didn’t recieve anything from my order. When I mail them they say it was out of stock and that I have to wait a week longer I said I want my money back but they don’t give it back and tell me to wait

I order the 19th of march and they are deleying de shipping, y contacted with them previously and they told me that the products are Out of stock and they will restock de products (but, in their website there are not marked like out of stock btw), i hope they shipping my order and not getting scammed
But if they not send me anything i will sue them
I don't have any problem to wait
But They have to send me my order
Because i spent a lot of money

After receiving my order, XXL clothes were smaller than size S clothes (no joke)

So I ask for a refund, and they don't want and offer me a 30% discount and to buy another one.

In addition, as they are in China, the return is more expensive than the product itself, so do not be naive, trust the opinions of this site.

This Supersuits brand looks amazing but really is very deceiving. The website clearly states 14 days money-back guarantee. First they held my order without any update until I messaged - they responded saying the item 1/4 which I selected is out of stock. They advised to provide another item of choice or just wait. I choose another item provided a screenshot of the item and size. Once it arrived they gave me WRONG SIZE for 3 out of 4 items. I emailed - could i please get a return or refund they said sorry - "but we can offer 30% off your next order" this business purely money hungry - and have not responded back ever since. PLEASE DONT BUY YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

As many have explained on here. These guys excel in deception tactics. They’re constantly offering people items not in stock and not offering refunds. Attempted to collect my money back to nothing being instock but showing stocked on website. Support denied my request for refund. So now I am going to sue them for false advertising. If anyone needs help paying for an attorney, please reach out.

Although my order took a month total to arrive, it was all worth it in the end. The size was perfect and the quality is both good and long-lasting. Perfect for my workouts. Mental note to order a month early if you plan on getting anything.

Honestly, for now, it's one of the worst shops I have ever encountered. I placed my order on January 29th, and until now, it hasn't been shipped—no tracking number, nothing. I reached out after a while, and the support replies were fast, but they told me that both items were out of stock. I reached out again, and now only one item is still out of stock. That would have been fine if that information had been communicated somehow, but the products aren't even marked as "out of stock" on their website.

Poor quality, poor sizing: RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN

Seriously, avoid this place if you know what's good for you. The quality of their stuff is really disappointing, not worth the money at all. On top of that, their customer service is practically non-existent and super unhelpful. Be prepared for a seriously long wait for anything, whether it's shipping or getting a response. Just a truly awful experience all around, save yourself the headache!

Customer service is 0/10. Annoying AI responses that don't help you at all. Ordered in December and it is now February with no update at all on the tracking. Asked for a refund and all they say is to "wait for the item". Skip these guys when you see an ad from them. I can order something from aliexpress and still have it arrive than my order from Super suits from December. Overall these guys will RUN YOUR BANDS, AKA, take your money and RUN.
