I received my product but found out a subscription or SIM card was needed to save data. Despite following up on their daily emails to buy one and attempting to order 15 times at the end of the transaction I received a message that the web store is not accepting orders at this time. They told me they are indeed having website problems and to be patient. I finally returned the unused product to the ABQ shipping address as there was a satisfaction guarantee, but it was refused. Again today I tried to order the card, and it still does not accept orders. At this point I want a refund or the card to be sent. Avoid this company!

Trust the negative reviews! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The camera doesn't work as advertised. The advertising is extremely deceptive. They do not tell you that adapters are not included. They do not tell you that you must buy a monthly subscription if you want alerts!! EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!! You have only 30 days to return the product, back to China, which will take you 3 to 4 weeks!!! The most they will do is offer you 30% of your purchase price. If you are one day past 30 days, YOU GET NOTHING. DO NOT BUY FROM! TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!! I I I purchased 8 light bulb cameras and once installed I then determined I needed to reset manually each time internet goes out so if out of town no way for it to reset it . Trying too return . Emailed Supmodern and they offered 30 % on $250 order or I could ship it back to China at my expense .
Seems they tell everyone that complains sorry we are trying to set up places in ones area for returns . A plan where they keep your money !

Paul F. Thank you for the response however Maria has been contacted many times by email and nothing is happening. I know what your saying and I know what the tracking says, what I am saying is that the package was not delivered by YunExpress. I would think a company that cares about their customer and possibly future customer would stand behind their service commitments.

READ ALL BEFORE ORDERING - BUYER BEWARE!
It took forever to arrive and has never functioned smoothly.
I'd like to return it or exchange it. I find out it has to go to France even though it came from Burlington NJ and has to be unused (how is this possible since you don't know if it works until you use it). Tracking info received on the same day it arrived. Before the pkg actually arrived, I sent various 'Where's my pkg' emails and the response was quick. Now that I have decided to return the item, the silence is deafening. Definitely taking this up with my Amex CC company.

Several negative experiences:
1. They say it is an American company in the website but when you buy it you realize you are charged international transactions fee because they are based in France.
2. Product is not that good. The concept is good but the blade is not good.
3. I tried returning- they said I have to bear the cost to return (i.e. pay international shipping). Also they would want the product back in new condition! So technically I should have returned it as soon as it arrived in a damaged box. Yes it came is a damaged box.
4. Try writing a review in their own website. There is no way to do that.
It’s all very scammy. Beware.

Beware of this company. Their return/refund policy should be reviewed before ordering. You pay return shipping to St. Etienne, France. There is 30 days return policy. No refund on sale items. I am returning my item because the company is unreliable. Cost to ship to France $83 to $175. Supmodern should establish a USA return address and send shipping labels with free return similar to Amazon. If they want to do business in the USA, they need to accommodate the US customers..
