Product arrived extremely late, never received Tracking Number or confirmation number.
Ordered on April 7th, on Facebook, they charged my card but sent no confirmation number and no tracking number, they did send me an email to rate my product before the product arrived, the product arrived extremely late with them using COVID-19 as an excuse. I sent an email through their website with no response. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and PayPal.
Edit 5/4/22:
After providing proof, to Trustpilot that I in fact was a customer and I did not receive a tracking number, a conformation number, that I did send an email through their website with no response. And I even resolved the PayPal claim with them. They are still challenging this review. I'm sorry, my review is the truth and what is exactly what happened. The fact they are fighting it so hard goes to show how shady they are. They are now saying that the slow shipping was due to a large amount of orders. I might have understood this, If I received a way to track my order. I didn't even know it was sent until it arrived in the mail.
