**Terrible Experience

**Terrible Experience - Poor Product and Customer Service**

I recently purchased Allmax EAA from Suppliment Source, and I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience. First of all, the product was of very low quality—far from what was advertised.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service for help, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I asked for a refund or replacement, but they kept giving me the runaround, making the whole process frustrating and exhausting.

Overall, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this company or its products to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Buyer beware poor customer service

I thought this was a good company. Prices seem reasonable. However customer service is awful. My package was undeliverable for some reason and I was told to sort it out myself with Canada post. No refund no replacement offered. That’s brutal! Just lost a customer and referrals to all of my clients.

Go To Source for Supplements

Great company. Have placed many orders for various supplements. The orders always arrive within 48 hours, are well packaged and are always exactly what I ordered. Competitive pricing with other Supplement suppliers makes return purchasing an easy option.

Poor packing, and poor customer service

Our experience was terrible. We were on month 3 of ordering their products when we received a shipment with a few very damaged items. The one product opened and exploded over everything in the box, and one box and bar wrapping were opened. Took pictures and emailed the company immediately. Julie emailed us back with a video of someone packaging the product (appears this is their MO. I find it odd they make a Youtube video of a person packaging a box but I guess that is how they feel they protect themselves) and said that as we could see the box was fine when it was packed. What I saw in the video was proof there was no protection inside the box during the packaging processes on the bottom or sides of the box, which would make it very easy for items to be damaged. When I called to speak with Julie, Sandy, the Office Manager, refused to put me through. Sandy said they "do not take any responsibility and they have many happy customers, like the one she just got off the phone with" so basically this was my fault. Sandy said she saw the photo of the open protein bar box and it was closed when they packaged it, so I was lying about that. Yes, she called me a liar. She then compared her company to Amazon and when I asked her about Amazons refund policy she said they refund for everything.. I asked if that was their company model and she said no. It was a confusing conversation and went in circles. After Sandy explained that their company takes 0 responsibility I told her I will send everything back. She said I could but she would not refund and I would have to pay for shipping. I then read her the refund policy as stated on the website and Sandy said she was not familiar with their refund policy and hung up on me. All this because a $40.00 container of greens exploded due to their bad packaging.

Opened product

bought a pre workout, it came already opened, and when I called the support, they told me they had a video proving that it was closed, I asked for it but they never sent it to me.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service...supplement bottle arrived sealed with broken cup in UPS bag without bubble wrap or anything else to protect the plastic cup...emailed customer service picture and receipt - they asked for the delivery bag image - I was literally sent to search through my garbage to look for the discarded bag. Unfortunately, the garbage track already picked it up and the company refused to replace the damaged product or refund. Would not purchase from this site again.

First buyer. Was a skeptical at first. Shipping was fast and products are legit. Prices are very competitive. They also tossed in a complimentary item. Will definitely return!

Missing items from my delivery

Missing items from my delivery. Yes, they sent me a video of the package being assembled. Package was damaged when I got it. Very blunt associate on their end, in lesser words saying “not my problem” Plenty of other places to shop from. It’s not all about cheaper prices, service is terrible.

Really shocked at the bad reviews! The money u save for same products is incomparable!

Hold up with these reviews! 🫢 I’m beyond shocked! I order from them 2-3 times per year. Since 2021. This year this is my 2nd big order and I have never had an issue. They have 3 shipping choices all free ( order over $99) and if less they are all $10. UPS-Canada Post and another. I choose UPS it comes in a day or two. They have excellent customer service bc I have called three times. I retuned no issue but if they are clearance then I get why not. The quality is excellent too except u pay fraction of the price at Popeyes. They have something in clearance you will be ecstatic to buy at less than 50-70% off.same product and the expiry is never too close. We all know those powders can go for much longer just keep them in fridge. I came here to give a good review cause I was so impressed with them for the 7th time.

HORRIBLE customer service

HORRIBLE customer service. The staff and the business manager Erica do not know how to run a business. They have cheap prices but you never receive your stuff and then they accuse you of lying.
Save your money and just order from Popeyes.

They used to be great...not any more!

I used to use this site and for years they were my go-to. Over the past couple years, any time I order, there has been an issue with the delivery(ie they don't deliver to my home, only a post office) or the order is canceled without warning and you can't re-order as the better priced products are conveniently "out of stock". I'll stick to revolution-nutrition or Amazon for my supplement orders going forward.
