There HP Support website is all virtual, only able to speak to useless Bots, don't solve the problem. I've recently cancelled my ink subscription and had a new router, it's virtually impossible to reconnect my printer now, none of the suggested fixes work. Utterly Useless

Horrible. Get prepared to speak to people from the Middle East that don't care. I purchased a HP laptop that is not working properly. The first rep tried to get me to install Windows 11 to it, with me purchasing a flash drive. After going to Walmart and purchasing the flash drive , the computer did not work. 2nd rep informed me that, that the information the first rep told me was incorrect and that I have to have an additional HP computer to complete the installation. He also told me to return it to Walmart although it is out of the warranty period. He then informed me to return it to an HP center where they can possibly fix it but could not provide me the contact number or address of the center. He told me to Google the information on my computer! So I am on the phone with the 3rd rep and on hold. I just want to send this computer back have them fix it and return . This should not be this painful. Will not ever purchase another HP product again. After being on the phone with the third rep for over an hour, she moved forward so that I can get this computer fixed. Although she was very nice, this is a painful process and I just hope they fix the computer and send it back with out any issues.

Used the whatsapp support, each time a human answered (wich took more than 10 h most of the time) they disconnected me after i reexplained my problem...
Wait ! Once somebody usefull answered and helped me ! He sent a delevry company to take back my laptop during a workday, they just never came ...

Painful … what you think would be a…
Painful … what you think would be a simple issue , can’t print in colour …. As I wrote this it’s been 2 weeks back and forth with HP. Can’t get thru on phone , virtual assistant pointless, HP support on WhatsApp isn’t live chat so you can wait ages for response, I can’t sit at my printer all day !!!! I just want colour ink to work but why are obsessed with my network connection !!!!! I have never experienced such bad service and to be Frank bad product. I would rather try and get an Oasis ticket , that’s how bad it is

These printers,especially HP instant…
These printers,especially HP instant ink products are complete scams. I enroll and am charged monthly (this is true with 2 printers I’ve purchased) 6.99. Every time I try to print error messages prevent me until I either resign up or cancel… which involves being charged an additional fee at the end of the month. I have spent more then 50 dollars for less then 50 pages and spent countless hours troubleshooting only to find out these error messages are common and profitable for HP. No wonder you can never get live support.

One of the most incompetent companies…
One of the most incompetent companies I’ve yet to deal with. Purchased an HP all in one printer. It arrived defective and customer supports decided after keeping me on the phone troubleshooting for two hours they were going to send a replacement. I hesitantly agreed. After thinking about it I called customer support back the same day and cancelled the replacement and sent the defective printer back. I was assured it was cancelled. Two days later, the printer arrived in the mail. Once again, I’m on the phone with customer support. Person on the other end of the phone actually sounded like she was working out while trying to help me. I returned the printer the following day via FedEx. The day after that I get an email telling me my insta ink shipped. Not once but twice. An ink shipment for the defective printer and an ink shipment for the cancelled printer. Another phone call to HP customer support. I am so over this company. I will never buy another HP product.

Bought a HP printer in March'24 because I thought I will get $20 voucher.
During redemption process, I already encountered problem.
Unfortunately, the voucher apparently e-Voucher (not physical)
During redemption, HP take their own liberty saying that the voucher will be sent up to 75 days. OMG...75 days for them to work.
Then, without my knowledge, voucher was sent to my junk mail. I waited for more than 75 days for just a $20 e-voucher. One day, when I remember that I have not received it, I followed up.
They told me the voucher has already been sent and please check junk mail.
After checking, I found the voucher which has validity about 2 months only.
Can you imagine, giving a voucher with validity 2 months?
As it has been expired, I asked for reinstatement of the voucher, they said CANNOT.
SO UNFAIR. Most company give voucher with validity 1 year, but this one is only 2 months validity while they can take their liberality to issue the voucher within 75 days long.
Learnt my lesson and will not buy their PRODUCT anymore!!!!!
Extremely poor quality
Within one years of purchasing Chromebook, I noticed that my laptop was not closing properly and the keyboard was hitting the screen. However, I kept ignoring it as minor issue. After my warranty expired, I realised that the issue developed because battery is swollen and bulging out the keyboard.
The company is asking for a price to change the battery that is more than a new Chromebook. What if the battery had exploded? I had to discard the Chromebook as it is too dangerous to even charge. The battery heats up immensely while charging.

Don't Buy HP Printers ENVY 6032e…
I had recently purchased HP ENVY 6032e printer and it started giving E6 error code. After contacting HP support team on 26/06/2024, they could not resolve the issue. They are not willing to repair the product or replace with new unit. All they say is your case is elevated and waiting for a reply.
Don't ever buy a HP printer.
I will not make this mistake again.
Social support needed more than 2 hour…
Social support needed more than 2 hour to respond, just to give me a phone number. Called the phone number, after 10 minutes got to an agent. Dropped out of call without any warning in the middle of our talk. Back in the line for another ?? minutes. (Just trying to setup my brand new printer, but it seems to just be delivered broken.. HP never again)
HP support is trash
HP support is trash. I use my printer once or twice a month and if im not using it it's unplugged. I plug it in and things wont print. Spent an hour and a half with support and then I get transferred because apparently the guy helping me was in the wrong country. Get US help and I wait 5 minutes for the lady to respond to me, she send me a message asking if its okay to charge $19.99 to diagnose the issue (excuse me?) and not even 15 seconds later she ENDS the chat on her side and disconnects us. Then sends an email saying sorry we got disconnected and the link she send to reconnect doesn't even work. The last time I buy hp.
