I cannot recommend Support Source highly enough. Prompt, efficient service, great product, and when I've needed to make adjustments to my order at the last minute, they were very accommodating.

Items came promptly.

Product flavour I wanted was not available, but alternative was and delivered quickly.

I had to submit this order twice. The first one allegedly did not go through and I didn’t realize it until my father’s shipment had not arrived. By then, he was out of product. He relies heavily on this support for taking his medication and managing his dysphasia. Another order has now been placed but the shipment time is often lengthy.

Suggestion: would be nice if I can get an email confirmation of the order placed, and tracking of the order.

I wish they did what they advertise and actually send confirmation emails that orders are received, and when the product is being shipped. Additionally if you are using a different ratty to process a payment when a support ticket is needed to process an order it would be much better to disclose this up front as opposed to having a charge disputed.

I placed my order last Friday, still have not received it. There are no emails sent letting the customers know about their product status, no tracking number.

Shipping should be free for minimum purchase.

Received the product in only a few days. Best price out there.

This product is excellent. It has no taste and mixes with any drink. It is much better than the product you have to mix it yourself. I recommend it to all that I know.

Absolutely the best service. The first time I ordered thickened juices for my mother was easy. The advice I was given was amazing and the order came very fast.
I ordered a second time which needed an urgent delivery. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and they came through for me. I received the order on Saturday morning less than 24 hours later. They truly are dedicated.
