I was recently discharged from the hospital with a list of suggested products but no idea of where I should purchase them. It was a lot to take in but then I came across a pamphlet from Support Source so I called. The customer service rep took the time to explain (in detail) each of the items I was inquiring about and I had a lot of questions. I did not feel rushed or pressure to buy. I did place an order and the process was simple, delivered on time and they even called to see if I had any additional questions the following day. I really appreciated the call because being discharged was the main thing all I could think of so the refresher was helpful.

I have to be honest, I did not know much about the PUSH product when a friend of ours suggested it for my father-in-law. Thank goodness that she did. My father-in-law had been struggling with an open wound for almost 3 months at the time. He was very slowly getting better - and I mean very slow. It was taking much longer than anyone expected to heal. As you can imagine it was very inconvenient and hindered his travel plans for the winter. Of course, he was a little bit skeptical of the product, but was willing to try anything at this point.

Thank goodness that he did - within 2 weeks the wound had closed fully and he was ready to go - a full month ahead of what the clinic was expecting. Both he and the folks at the wound clinic were amazed at the results. Now everyone is happy - the staff with the healed wound, the father in law who gets to go south, and the rest of us who don't have to hear about the injury anymore!!! Highly recommend this product to anyone that is having any kind of issue with a slow healing wound or incision.
