Terrible customer service and do not believe the stated shipping delivery times. The promise a certain time frame but do not deliver in that time. When ask about times they just give you a ya and call it good.

I have been a customer of Suppz since 2008...every single time I reach out to Brent or place an order, I get almost immediate responses. My products ship quickly and I get them very shortly after. I have never once had an issue with shipping or the wrong product being delivered. If I ever order a product that's out of stock, Brent personally reaches out to me to apologize and offer an alternative as a replacement. He is very knowledgeable and I wouldn't trust my business with any other company in this space.

I placed an order for Vanilla Nutrex Whey, only to be told after the fact that the company had oversold and didn’t actually have the product in stock. This means their website inventory isn’t accurate, which is very unprofessional and misleading to customers.

Instead of a smooth purchase, I was left waiting with no clear timeline of when my order would be fulfilled. I had to push to get an alternative (Chocolate flavor) shipped instead, just so I wouldn’t be left with nothing.

If a company can’t manage something as basic as updating stock on their website, it really hurts customer trust. I hope they fix this moving forward, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them unless they get their inventory and communication in order.

I see some mixed reviews but I can say they helped me when I made a mistake on my order. I ordered late on Monday night and received shipping confirmation from them the next day, I noticed by my mistake I had ordered all of the same flavor of protein when I meant to put 2 & 2 of two different flavors, I called and they actually answered with a living breathing human being and said UPS hasn’t picked it up yet and they will gladly switch them for me. What more can you ask for?

I would give it five stars except for the packaging, you need little hands to reach into the container to fish out the very small scoop, by the time you fish it out then try to get a scoop of the product, your hand is covered in the product and it’s all over the counter every morning, that needs to be addressed, all the other containers I’ve purchased have a long handled scoop.

Never had my product for six months and I exchanged for similar product same price and it was waste of time and money no results and any effects it was supposed to have

We asked for a sample package. It arrived in the time it stated. But.... everything was expired in 2020 and we're in 2022. I'm afraid if I placed an order that I'm getting expired products so there's that trust that is broken.
