Good prices, good selection
I've ordered from Suppz twice now. Both times I received free shipping which is great. Their selection is good. Not as vast as some other sites but still I can get most items I want or need. I live in Delaware and my orders are usually received in 3 days which isn't bad at all considering the shipping is free. They also accept coupon codes which helps the savings even more. I foresee Suppz getting more of my business.

Good service, decent shipping.
I live in the La Crosse area. I placed my order on a Saturday and received my order on Thursday afternoon. I would have expected slightly faster shipping given my proximity, but I wasn't unsatisfied overall. I've had orders from Suppz be delivered faster, however.

Tracking Update Info & Customer Service Email Ettiquite Needs Work
Tracking info never updated. Continued to say it was shipped but never updated. Contacted customer service and didn't receive a very formal response. Just an email with the updated/corrected tracking information. No 'Hello', 'sorry for the inconvenience' 'hope this helps' or 'let us know if you have any questions.' Proper etiquette when handling customer issues/complaints would be nice.

I bought myokem's pyroxamine to help with weight loss. I was impressed with the company first when using their customer service instant messenger. The paypal payment option was not working correctly, and i was quickly assisted. I was even given a discount for my trouble. The free shipping was super fast! I got my order in 2 or 3 days. The supplement itself works great for appetite suppression. Very happy with my experience.

I was sent an EXPIRED product
I was very excited to find that this company sold Gaspari Detonate. It has been discontinued, but this site claimed it had some to sell. Upon receiving them, I noticed the bottle had an expiration date that had passed. I reached out to the SUPPZ customer service and made them aware. Initially they told me that nothing was wrong with them, and that the shelf life for the pills was way past the expiration date. I took a pill. I felt tired and bloated afterwards. I told the customer service for SUPPZ and they told me that I could return the item and receive a credit for another purchase. I demanded that they give me my money back. This wasn't fair. The customer service agent them said to me that it clearly states on their website that the items are expired and that it was my decision to take a chance and order the bottle of pills anyway. Ummm what????!!!! Hell no! I didn't see that! If I had, I wouldn't have purchased them. Why would I want expired pills????? Anyways, thank GOD I ordered through Amazon. After complaining, I was told by the customer service agent that they apologized and that I should send the bottle back and would receive a full refund. Shoppers beware!

All Detonate that is left on the market is expired. We feel we clearly have this listed on the site with one even having to click on the serving size stating this product and size is expired right in the drop down.
After speaking with you when you realized it was expired you still opened the product and tried it but unfortunately the results were not as you wished. This is the first anyone has complained of the product not working and we have sold hundreds of bottles with customers being very happy and even returning to buy more.
Even after all this we accepted the opened return of used product and issued a full and complete refund.
